Pros: - Beautiful spot. Lovely woods and outdoor venues. Room interiors also beautiful - high wood ceilings, big windows. - Challenging, enjoyable golf course. - Great pool and gym. Cons: - Way overpriced. $550 per night, including lodging fees and taxes. I would not revisit unless $350 all-in max. - Restaurant on Thursday night took over an hour to produce food. - The roofs of some of the buildings are growing forests.

TERRIBLE wifi, so I won’t be able to work from my room while here as planned, rooms are dingy.. lol the main door to our room didn’t shut all the way, jets in our tub broken. Walls in your room are paper thin, I spent the whole weekend getting woken up by our neighboring family at 6am, now I have to trek to the lodge at 545 am and take a meeting in the lobby because that’s where the strongest wifi is and they don’t have a business center that I can take the call in. It’s freezing here and they don’t have extra blankets, I called for extra and they gave two pilly 70s blankets that look and feel gross. Tv and amenities are likewise dated… we were so excited to stay here, relax and have the amenities offered by a quality resort. We booked the adventure your way package with $100 to spend per day on site even though I recently broke my collar bone and couldn’t use the ropes or golf course as I normally would but most likely won’t be using it on food as planned since there is only one small restaurant on site. Locals and others around town we met were expecting to hear good things with recent renovations but just not the case. So disappointed.

Spacious, although older, rooms. with gas fireplace, microwave, and small refrigerator. Our fireplace and microwave weren't working but they sent someone to fix them promptly. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. You do hear highway noise, but that is true about many places in the area. We have a view of the bay from our room and the beds were comfortable. You aren't going to have a view unless you are facing the highway. The restaurant/bars aren't really back where they should be after COVID so we didn't eat at the resort. I would stay again to check out the resort amenities once things are back. I'm not sure this was a good time to judge.

Really Disappointed…We had so many issues while staying!! The room service is not currently operating. Upon checking into our room we found the air conditioning was broke, the television remote didn’t work, some of the lights in the room were out. We were only provided one towel each for five days, half roll of toilet paper, and empty bottle of body wash in the shower. Upon calling the front desk they delivered the items a couple hours later. Many of the shops and restaurants are only open Wednesday thru Sunday. Part of the resort lawn was “closed” due to a golf tournament which gave limited room for kids to run around. The market on site was extremely overpriced and the wait for food was 30-60 minutes, even for a simple salad!! Most of the staff was courteous but others were very short and rude.. I was disappointed with our stay and likely will not return.

We didn't stay at the resort but our group of 7 had a great time at the Aerial Park run by the Adventure collective, on July 19, 2021. The guides were fun, but professional with our safety foremost in mind. They were encouraging and helpful. We also loved the "vibe" at the Adventure Collective store where our adventure started and ended. The only thing that would have made it better was if they were able to install the "zipline" that they would like to add.
