This was our second time staying at the hotel for a dance weekend. Gene and the staff all worked hard to make it a lovely experience. It's not a five star hotel, but then you're not paying five star prices either. The rooms are clean, have comfortable beds, a microwave and small fridge along with some other things to make...

Thank you for your kind review and for bringing your Square Dance Women's group to spend a weekend with us. We thoroughly enjoyed having everyone here, and at your request we have blocked even more rooms for you next year. Thanks. Tish.

I stayed several nights at Garibaldi House Inn, and am impressed. Very nice rooms, extra comfortable bed. And I do mean comfortable! Nice staff. Even munchies for you! Cucumber water is good. And the BREAKFAST IS OUTSTANDING. I live in hotels a lot as a surveyor, this hotel is among the best I've experienced.

Our stay at the Garibaldi House was an excellent experience. From the outside it looked like just a quality or best western inn. The minute you step into to lobby you realize it is far nicer. The owner is on site, serving up some of his own personal appetizer each afternoon (fisherman's stew to barbecue). Lovely modest sized indoor pool...

Thank you for your kind and thorough review, and for highlighting that over 80% of our guests are returning guests. Many guests tease us by saying they would write a review, but they don't want to let their secret on the coast to become widely known. Thanks for stepping up and telling the world for us. Tish.

I was totally impressed with this place - town is still wonderfully funky Oregon coast (more fishing and timber than yuppies) but nothing funky about the hotel. Great "happy hour" food at 5 PM (cioppino one night, pulled pork sliders the other). Real breakfast buffet (3 kinds of eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, cereal, fruit etc). Had fridge, microwave, coffee pot...

Thank you for your kind review, and for highlighting the authentic nature of Garibaldi and the Tillamook Coast. While it is truly an outdoor and sportsman's paradise, several great museums, the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and the Tillamook Cheese factory provide some truly authentic indoor activities as well. At the Garibaldi House, we try to provide one more authentic experience....

Love this place, it is clean, the employees are helpful and kind, and genuinely seem like they love their job. The breakfast is wonderful and the happy hour is a special time to meet others that are staying at the Garibaldi House. We visited with Gene, one of the owners, and he seems like he is in his element, going...

There are not a whole lot of choices of motels in Garibaldi. After all, the town economy is based more on logging and fishing than tourism and both of these enterprises are just across the street - as is the railroad track and Highway 101 - all this equals noise, so keep your view window closed. The bathroom needed a...

We were put in room 121 next to the fitness room & across from the pool. The room was clean & adequate. One of the guests enjoyed the workout room from about 10-11pm and we had the pleasure of listening to the pounding of the treadmill. Breakfast is pretty good with hot items & such.

This is a nice little hotel on the coast. Nothing fancy, just a clean comfortable place to stay on the road, or stay as a base while you explore the surrounding area. Check in was quick and efficient, the lobby has a nice seating area with couches and light snacks. Rooms are standard hotel rooms, nice size, quiet, comfy beds....

Christian was a pleasure to work with! This hotel has friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, clean big rooms, and many nice "extra's like free parking, breakfast, a guest laundry ($1.00/load). After driving all day along the beautiful coast my husband and I were weary and this place was a comforting restful remedy.

After reviewing several small towns and motels along 101, we stopped late afternoon, were given a comfortable room. Very clean!! Breakfast is very good, 2-3 kinds of eggs, waffles, etc. The bed- well let's just say I called them and asked what kind it was because I have to have this at home!! We have been on the road for...
