The Inn is a nice haven in downtown Eugene. It is attached to the marketplace on 5th which provides nice dining and shopping options. The facility and staff are first rate and priced at a appropriate level.

The staff was over the top in helping us with our every need. The staff not only found us accommodations when we arrived to town a day early but they shuttled us to and from the other hotel. All this during "move in" days at the University. Well done.

Very good! Will stay there again! A glass of wine on arrival--what a great idea! Rooms are great. Love the huge shower. Staff was the best. Sorry not much more to say except this was a great hotel. This is like being in school and trying to write a certain number of words for the teacher.

Great accommodations and service. Room service meal could have been much better. Train noise is very loud and can cause sleep disturbances. Bedding is comfortable. Marche restaurant and bar are five stars.

We loved our visit to the Inn and would definitely return. The location is fabulous and the staff was always so helpful. The train is a bit loud at night, but unavoidable. Marche was an amazing dining experience.

The front desk staff were exceptional. We were greeted offer of a glass of free wine. Free sodas, water, and snacks at the front desk. When we brought one back from a tasting staff eagerly accommodated us, allowing us to drink it in the lobby and even provided glasses for us

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, however communication between customer and reservation staff could use improvement. The requested room as promised was not delivered, despite the lengths we went to ensure we received what was reserved. The free limo service was an excellent touch.
