This is a nice park with lots of wildflowers blooming. Sites vary from out in the open to ones with trees. The main road is paved with graveled side roads in the park. Our site was nice and level but was so close to the next site we couldn't use the fire pit.

The management was helpful and friendly. They showed us where our campsite was and helped us pull in our rv. They had a concrete area with a picnic table and nice fire ring. Nice setting in the woods. The only bad thing was the mosquito's - but a little spray fixed that! We enjoyed fishing at Diamond Lake, a bicycle... More

The sites were very nice, staff was helpful. The area and lake were outstanding. There was a wonderful bike path around the lake that you could get to from the park. Crator Lake is not far at all. There is several falls that were wonderful to see Make sure you bring bug spray. The mesquisto were bad.

The staff were all VERY nice! From the check in process to making sure we were settled into our spot. Very clean park for "camping". Fire pits, asphalt street and rock in the site which kept down the dirt. The mosquitos were terrible! Make sure you have repellent AND some sort of candle or something for your site too. Of... More

We accidentally drove into this park thinking it was our destination. This man came out of the first trailer waving a flashlight, so my husband drove up to him. This man yelled because we didn't stop with a waving flashlight. He told us to go park somewhere else because everyone was in. I told him we had reservations and with... More

Diamond Lake RV Park for some unknown reason is being shown in Goggle's search engine as "Permanently Closed". The RV Park IS NOT PERMANENTLY CLOSED, this is an error in Google Search. The RV Park is only closed during the winter months, from Oct 1 to May 1 (weather permitting). This is an excellent park with full hook ups set... More

What a nice place to stay and the grounds were very well kept. There was a group of us and we all fully enjoyed our stay. Would go back to Diamond Lake at any time. The camp hosts were very nice and made sure our stay was as nice as it could be. Thanks!

We were here beginning of fall so much less crowded than high season. We had no one immediately beside us, so very quiet. Although, I could slightly hear the main road in morning but nothing during night. Lots of trees and full hook ups. The lake, bike trail access etc just a short way across road. The state park is... Diamond Lake RV Park is within striking distance of one of this country's most amazing parks - Glacier National Park! It is also next to beautiful Diamond Lake and near a resort with several amenities. The campsites are deep in the woods and you really feel like you are camping even though you are hooked up to a full service... More

We stayed 2 nights and our stay was great. The park is nice. Also the only camping and rv park on the lake with full hook-ups. All the people were very friendly. When it is 100 degrees in the Rogue Valley it is much cooler here and the fishing can be very good at times.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Diamond Lake RV Park is a great park in a beautiful setting. We have full hook up sites. Big rig friendly. Our rates are based on two people. We have all visitors check in at the office for the security and safety of our guests. Our facilities are for our guests use only. We work hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. Kids are welcome. We do charge for extra vehicles that our guests may have or cars coming to visit our guests. We provide extra parking for all extra cars. Our sites are woodsy. We like to say our park is set up like camping in the woods with full hook ups. We are a privately owned park. No tents, as we do not compete with the Forest Service campgrounds around the lake. ... more   less
