I stayed here with my family with 2 kids. The room was very clean and the owner and her sister were very friendly, they provided nothing but the best customer service. we could only stay one night because the lodge was full the next day. Highly recommend to anyone, we will stay here again. Thank you Judy, for making our... More

My husband & I wanted to stay somewhere comfortable & restful before I dropped him off at the Ollalie Lake trailhead for the Pacific Crest Trail (1 1/2 hours from the trailhead). Our room #7 was a single queen. It was impeccably clean & included a spa tub, a mini fridge & microwave. The bed was restful. We stayed on... More

Just an overnight stay on way to Mt Bachelor. The room was lovely, comfortable beds and a large jetted soaking tub. Arrived late and the management could not have been more friendly and helpful. Only a small issue with the heating being a gas fireplace it would light up during the night and wake me up for a moment. However,... More

Very nice place, comfortable room. However, we had people and their dogs making noise in the courtyard right outside our room until after 2 am. Very difficult to sleep with all the noise and it disturbed our dogs as well. Very disappointing as the accommodations are otherwise very nice. I have nothing but good things to say about the room,... More

... i mean there's nothing wrong with it, and the management is very nice and congenial. the rooms are fine. if you expect more than you don't get out much. this was a motorcycle stop for a bunch of smelly guys and we had a great time sitting out in front of our room by our bikes and eating burgers... We enjoyed our stay at The Lodge. The rooms are small and have some unconventional features, but are overall comfortable. The heat source for our room was an propane fireplace which didn't heat the space very well and was noisy, but was aesthetically nice. The tile floor was cold and stayed cold long after our room heated up. The bed... More

First off, I'm not sure what the previous post was referring to as we had a complete opposite experience. The Lodge at Detroit Lake is managed by the sweetest couple ever! They provided exceptional service for our every need and were super friendly throughout our entire stay. We also brought our two doggies with us and they were so welcoming... More

I loved this place! I stayed two nights. The service is OUTSTANDING! It is run by a husband and wife team - Jay and Brandy, who are so nice and hospitable. The room was a lovely, cozy haven. It has undergone renovations under Jay and Brandy's management. The upgrades are impressive. It had a flat screen TV with 500 premium... More
