Charming little hotel in a residential part of town. I like that the rooms were all in individual, remodeled buildings. Bedding was comfortable, although I wish there would have been an assortment of pillows - the ones there were too thick. Floor might have been a little sticky. Owner was nice and friendly. Internet needs a little help.

Very cool style of motel. Like tiny houses. The owner was very helpful and down to earth. Made several suggestions for us out-of-towners as far as what we should do and where we should stay on our road trip. Would not mind staying here again sometime soon.

Surprised at the amount of room. Full kitchen and dinning area (with everything needed including a 12 cup coffee maker)...the kitchen/dinning area has a nice view of the tree covered hills. Quiet, clean and comfortable with grassy area and lounge chairs under large shadowy trees. Nice 2 night stay.

Our stay here was amazing. We had cottage #10 it was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful to us, doting on our every need. The owner was wonderful, she walked us to our suite, showed us everything, asked if we needed anything extra, like coffee, creamers, sugars, soaps, shampoo etc., then she brought what we wanted, ( I asked for... Nice clean large quiet room off the main strip:) 2 rooms per Cottage. We were on end unit #12. Close to the river and not far from the fish hatchery and falls which were very interesting. Enjoyed watching a ship coming through the locks at Bradford Island. Would definitely stay there again😄

We stayed in Cottage #7 and loved it. Went for a family reunion, stayed 2 nights. The rooms were clean and well appointed with everything you would need including full kitchen complete with cooking pots and pans and all the dishes you needed. AC was wonderful as it was 100+ degrees those days. Loved the shady outdoor seating in the... More

Stayed at this motel at the insistance of friends, who were there many years ago. We stayed in Unit 7. The beds were as hard as rocks and at least 40 years old. There was a odd smell. The floor in the kitchen floor was rotting. The toilets backed up and could only be used with a plunger. The couches... More

My spouse and I try and find motels that are run by what we call "mom and pop"places. I found this motel online and loved it from the minute I saw it. We stayed there 5 nights. There are a series of single cabins and some duplexes. My husband has been a school custodian (hater of pine needles and glitter)... More

When visiting Cascade Locks my companion and I stayed at the Cascade Motel recently. This is an older property fairly well maintained inside, outside not so much. Our room was clean, the carpet a bit stained maybe from recent rains. Mattresses very firm. There's a fridge and microwave but no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no breakfast. The bathroom is... More
