These suites are beautiful. Comfortable sofa and tv in front room with functional kitchen, everything except a stove. Separate bedroom with king size bed and ocean/river view was amazing. Soaking tub and balcony were nice additions to the room. No smoking even on the balcony was wonderful. No chance of smoke wafting into our room from other balconies. Centrally located... More

There really isn't a very good place to stay on the hwy 101 corridor. The nice places are down by the harbor. The Best Western is a beach front, but the beach here is pretty dull and usually foggy, so I think for a great value the Portside is sweet. A nicer roomy suite well furnished with balcony up stairs.... More

This facility was very nice. We had a large upstairs suite with a kitchen, gas fireplace in the bedroom, and balcony. The view is of the working port so not exactly what one would call "scenic" but we found it interesting and enjoyed it. We spent a very quiet, restful night. The room was spotlessly clean and décor was nice.... More

Since the Best Western was booked out, we tried this motel next door. We were pleasantly surprised about the the spacious, well furnished accommodation. Our king size bed was very comfortable, the living space had a large round table, a small kitchen with breakfast bar for 2 and a large sofa. Bathroom was modern, shower great and everything was very... More

I made a reservation a few weeks prior to stay. Our adult kids decided to come along a couple days before the datw to arrive. I got on their website and didn't see any additional fees for more people and the room stated it sleeps up to four. I did notice no pets so theirs stayed with my mom at... More

The service we experienced was very poor and I would never stay there or recommend Portside Suites because of it. After we had checked in we went to a restaurant next door to eat. As soon as we walked out of the restaurant the Manager of Portside Suites walked right up to us( we didn't even make it back to... More

The saff was friendly and helpful with great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The bed was comfortable. The jetted tub was great and so was the view. We loved the separate living area. Would definitely stay here again.

I just spent 2 nights in the St George Suite. I found the room to be nicely decorated and comfortable. I liked that I couldn't hear people in other rooms. The view outside left much to be desired but didn't really bother me. The room when I arrived was quite warm with no real way to cool it off quickly.... More

My sisters booked a weekend trip to take our mother whom is failing to see the coast, Brooking's, the place she called home one last time. Unfortunately, our mother is in her last days and is unable to make the trip for various reasons, her nurse and doctors were in agreement. We called 3 1/2 days in advance to cancel... More
