First, the ladies in the office are helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is ON IT as every site has their own trash can, RECYCLING BIN, and table with chairs. Add in pickle ball courts, a dog run, paved roads for the kids to ride bikes, full hookups, a hot tub, walking trails all around, close proximity to Old Mill, shade, and clean laundry facilities and this place tics all the boxes! They are also adding showers but the bathrooms are already nice and clean. Our first stay was in overflow and even those spots had water and electric backing up to green space. It’s really a nice stay and worth every penny! We just cancelled a stay we had booked nearby so we can stay here longer!! Another great plus is the new Alpenglow Park is a short walk away with splash pad, more trails, bouldering, and incredible dog park.

We've stayed in many RV parks and this is one of the nicest around. VERY large RV pads made from pavers. Plenty of room to park the truck and car. Lots of shade from mature Ponderosa pine trees. Lots of grass and green space between each row of RV's. Trash pickup daily. Very friendly staff. Maintenance guy was out just about every day adjusting sprinklers to make sure patio furniture and cars weren't getting sprayed by accident. A lot of nicer RV's here (most likely because of the high nightly fees). Very quiet park. We've been here for a month and plan to stay another month and return each summer. Not cheap but worth the price!

We loved our 2 night stay. We met up with friends and had adjoining spaces. The spots were spacious with lovely "pavers" making it feel like we were sitting in a backyard terrace. Lots of trees, privacy, helpful staff, well maintained, easy to do day trips in and around Bend. Great for dogs, too. A nice amenity was trash/recycling pickup daily at the site. If you have a big group, youll need a folding table as there was only a table/chairs for 2.

We booked a two night stay at this facility in Bend. We arrived to find that our site was "overflow camping" Located on a corner of a very busy and noisy street in a rutted, dusty, dirty, gravel parking area surrounded by stored trailers and boat trailers and far from all facilities. We lost two nights and $100.00. We were offered another site but we chose to move on. I would strongly discourage anyone with a small van camper or small RV from staying here. The resort is focused on the "big boys".

We were only here for two nights so we weren't too upset that the cable had few clear channels and the WiFi was non-existent but we used our cell phone's hot spot. It was quiet, clean, spacious, close to shopping, we had a nice long pull-through and full hook-ups so we would stay here again for an overnight or two. The shower areas are not as private as I like and have few hooks to hang things so I didn't use their showers. Make very sure you pay attention to the directions to get here. Hubby didn't and ended up facing a low bridge with nowhere to turn around. Also note that there are several streets closed in the area and our navigation system had problems getting us where we wanted to go. We found Waze was more helpful than Google Maps to get around.

We pulled in as we were passing through Bend. They weren’t full and had plenty of places, they stuck us in the corner by a busy road next to the ‘full time live there campers’… the grounds we unkept and was not the best experience from the lack of customer service, noise and location. We usually stay at a camp spot for 2-3 nights… so glad we didn’t book ahead and paid for more than one night. We stayed at Sun Outdoors in California and loved it… Bend location- hard pass!

Hi Bren, Thank you for visiting and taking the time to leave us a review. We are disappointed to hear that you were not comfortable in your site. Our notes indicate that you asked for and received the cheapest available site, and as our Copper Water & Electric sites were still closed for the winter, the Bronze site you were assigned was the cheapest available. We did have Gold, Platinum, and Pull-through sites available. We encourage all of our guests to reach out to us with any questions or concerns they may have during their stay so we can respond in a timely manner and get you back to enjoying the Outdoors. We would love for you to stay with us again and give us another opportunity to make a great impression. In the meantime, safe travels and happy camping!

Traveler beware. If traveling north on 97 toward Bend DO NOT follow gps instructions. You will end up at a railroad underpass that is 12’10” and have to make a uturn if possible. While we were trying to make the uturn a local drove by and said “ this happens all the time”. Then after successfully making the uturn it is very difficult getting to the resort as there are streets closed in the area due to construction. The management in the resort said that driving instructions are included with your email reservation confirmation. Which they are not. I have four emails from them and nowhere does it indicate driving instructions. Attention management: The first line on every confirmation should be driving instructions. Obviously this is not a “new” situation. That underpass has been here for years as it’s an active railroad track. So beware. Once you get here, it is a very nice resort. Large paved sites with plenty of grass areas for dogs.

Beware the "site change" term in the conditions when booking and the consider paying the "extra lock fee." We booked a "copper-level" site for one night for about $60 and didn't pay the extra "site lock fee." When we checked in, they said we upgraded. I didn't remember upgrading but went ahead with it. They charged an extra $55 to my card. The "gold" site they gave us was nice but we didn't really need it. Their business practice of changing your site to a higher cost site without approval is a bit shady.

The "copper" sites at about $60 is a bit high for its low-end KOA type quality. The "gold" and "platinum" are even more pricy, and too pricy for the quality.

The place is nice, but the unwanted upgrade leaves a bad taste...

We have stayed at this park several times before, but as someone with a disability, we utilize handicap access everywhere we travel. We had pulled up in our toad vehicle expecting to park in the handicapped space near the office; one of the staff members, "Karrey"? Her truck was parked in the only handicapped area with no handicapped sticker. When my wife asked if she could move her vehicle, she was rudely told "no" by Karrey. Because of this abuse of handicapped access, we will no longer stay here.

The Good:

Nice peaceful park.
Grounds are well kept.
Paver Rv Spots with storage.
Off leash dog area.

The Bad:

WIFI is all but worthless. I decide to use my phone's hotspot.

Cable TV was only getting a handful of stations. I went to the office, they told me they would send maintenance. That was three days ago, no show.

Dog area ran out of bags a couple of days ago, now dog poop not picked up.

While we were out, someone pulled my dog stake out of the ground, apparently that's not okay. They hooked the leash on to a light weight chair and left me no note. Not knowing I
hooked the dog up and off flew my chair.

I will not stay here again. With a premium price, I expected better.

Brian
