Staff was very courteous and pleasant. The RV parking area was well lit, clean with garbage and recycling containers. The bathrooms were updated and clean with showers. Codes are required for bathroom entry. We took Uber to nearby restaurant for dinner. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the mornings at the front office. Would definitely recommend for a visit!
First, the ladies in the office are helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is ON IT as every site has their own trash can, RECYCLING BIN, and table with chairs. Add in pickle ball courts, a dog run, paved roads for the kids to ride bikes, full hookups, a hot tub, walking trails all around, close proximity to Old Mill, shade, and clean laundry facilities and this place tics all the boxes! They are also adding showers but the bathrooms are already nice and clean. Our first stay was in overflow and even those spots had water and electric backing up to green space. It’s really a nice stay and worth every penny! We just cancelled a stay we had booked nearby so we can stay here longer!! Another great plus is the new Alpenglow Park is a short walk away with splash pad, more trails, bouldering, and incredible dog park.…
There are many great things about this rv resort. The spaces are wells spaced out. Normally rv resorts/parks like to cram as many spaces as they can into a small area. Not at this park we felt as though we could walk around our rig without walking into someone else’s camp. The sites are large and level with plenty of room to maneuver. The sites are on pavers so it adds an even nicer touch. They will pick up your trash from your driveway. The employees were nice and professional. I wanted to give this resort 5 stars but I didn’t because of the facilities. The showers and shower area was disappointing. Only two showers (2 for men and 2 for women) for the entire resort. And the showers themselves were quite dirty. We utilized the showers a few times during our stay and it was obvious they weren’t cleaned (trash and discarded clothing left inside). If a bit more attention was given to the facilities then this would be an easy 5 star rating.…
We had an amazing couple of nights here, our space was #483 in the back loop. It was very quiet, comfortable and safe for our young kids to ride their bikes around. This will be our spot to stay in Bend moving forward, highly recommended!!!
We stayed in site #477 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds were wonderfully maintained, our site was pavers and plenty long and wide, utilities were excellent. Lots of mature large trees that provide plenty of shade. Easy to maneuver in the resort. It is a little pricey but you get what you paid for here. Would definitely stay again.
Great sites, quiet, and friendly service. We will be staying here again when we visit Bend. Wish it was within walking distance to restaurants etc. But not a far drive, We used the hot tub and pickleball courts.
Horrible, inconsiderate people! I made a reservation last night for a site at this park and tried to cancel today due to a medical emergency that my husband experienced. After dealing with the stress of finding out my husband needs back surgery, I am also stuck with a $400 bill for a site that I can't use. Trish the inconsiderate woman I had the pleasure of speaking with asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation... Now, if I can't receive any type of refund for my full payment why would I cancel for them to make an additional $400??? I was also reminded that the cancellation conditions were listed, except they weren't. And if they were in the fine print somewhere it wasn't obvious, nor did I think anyone could be this heartless to not be willing to cancel our reservation under these circumstances. I should have know that a company who charges a $25 "lock fee" to secure a specific site when you choose the site at booking was a scam...…
It's a lovely park -- Very quiet and woodsy with lots of space between neighbors. They pick your trash/recycling up at the end of your site (always a nice feature!). Super clean too. It's one of the pricier parks we've stayed in, but then it almost seems worth it. However, they need to upgrade their WiFi. They say they have it, but it wasn't usable at all. We used our Verizon hotspot, and that worked ok most of the time.
Beware the "site change" term in the conditions when booking and the consider paying the "extra lock fee." We booked a "copper-level" site for one night for about $60 and didn't pay the extra "site lock fee." When we checked in, they said we upgraded. I didn't remember upgrading but went ahead with it. They charged an extra $55 to my card. The "gold" site they gave us was nice but we didn't really need it. Their business practice of changing your site to a higher cost site without approval is a bit shady. The "copper" sites at about $60 is a bit high for its low-end KOA type quality. The "gold" and "platinum" are even more pricy, and too pricy for the quality. The place is nice, but the unwanted upgrade leaves a bad taste...
Is the pocket self is clean large parking spois large parking spots with a couple of amenities although the hot tub was broken never fixed while we were there, they put you on a spot that has absolutely nothing no fire pit no table and chairs to eat at so many rules you can't really know them all. It's one of those Parks where the owner owns the site you rent from the park.
