Nestled in the heart of downtown, the Oxford Hotel Bend stands out for its comfortable elegance and prime location that puts guests steps away from local shops and attractions. While some reviewers note that the hotel is on the pricier side, many feel the upscale experience and thoughtful touches like French press coffee and local soaps in the rooms justify the cost. Spacious and praised for their cleanliness, the rooms offer a cozy retreat, although occasional noise has been mentioned. The hotel's service is generally regarded as professional and friendly, with only a few guests experiencing anything less.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Oxford Hotel in Bend. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms and beds were very comfortable. They added small amenities that made our stay exceptional - French press in the room with coffee options for the morning, tea options for those that enjoy hot tea, locally sourced soap with various scent options. Everything about may stay was exceptional.

The Oxford is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Bend. I work in luxury hospitality and the attention to detail in their service never ceases to amaze me. Whether it’s on the front drive, concierge desk, or 10 Below, everything is always on point and their staff is so accommodating.

Sol was really helpful during the reservation process and made me feel like a VIP. The moment we walked through the front door the concierge team already had our reservation pulled up and was welcoming us back by name. That seriously blew me away.

We visited 10 Below a couple times during our stay and the staff also exceeded expectations there. The food was great and portions were very generous.

Overall The Oxford hits all the marks. Great product, amazing staff, and impeccable service. Once you stay here you’ll be hooked.

If you're looking for a spot in downtown Bend to relax this hotel is fantastic. I've stayed here many times. I love that they include a French Press coffee maker in the room with three different roast types. Our room included a giant soaking tub and glass enclosed shower. it's hard to feel like you're not royalty while staying here. The beds are super comfortable and for some reason the rooms are ridiculously quiet. I've never heard a neighbor even when they are fully booked. This place is a treat to stay at and I will definitely be booking them again for my next trip to Bend.

Rooms have gone downhill since our last stay and are old and worn out. The robes were very, very worn out and embarrassing to wear. It’s apparent that the rooms are not kept up to the standards that their website boasts about and for $450+ per night it's not worth it. No bottled water, and the 3 USB plug-in centers in the room do not work. Not happy with this visit at all and it has nothing to do with Covid. Actually, if this were my hotel I would have gone through every single room while closed at the beginning of the Covid shutdown, and spent that time cleaning, making repairs and replacing furniture to bring it up to par with the prices they charge so that they can truly state that this is a luxury hotel.

I ended up doing a much needed "stay-cation" with some family friends and was blown away by the excellent overall quality of this hotel. From beginning to end, such a wonderful stay- will definitely reccomend this hotel to out of town friends. Friendly front desk, beautiful rooms, A plus location, amazing breakfast-helpful, friendly and fast service for a family of 6 (I believe our waitress was named Cory.) Highly reccomend! 5 stars for the oxford!

We were not sure what to expect from a small hotel tucked into downtown Bend, but this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is located within walking distance of all of the restaurants, shops, river, park in the downtown area of Bend.
We arrived an hour before our check-in time and pulled up to valet parking out front, and walked in to see what we could expect for waiting times for our room. The valet was non-pushy and very helpful, and allowed us to leave our car out front. Check-in never mentioned that we were early, checked us in, and provided us our room key.
The room had two queens, and was very adequate for our needs. The room was very quiet, and although the hotel was sold out, we never heard sounds from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The only shortcoming of the room was two “closets” positioned next to each bed, which prevented one side of each bed from having a nightstand.
When we mentioned that we were celebrating our 44th Anniversary, we were offered a room gift from the concierge, and were given an excellent recommendation for a restaurant (Rancher Butcher Chef), making it a very SPECIAL occasion.
Everyone we encountered at the Oxford was pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. They made this anniversary a “10”!

This was the best weekend get away. In the middle of this pendemic we felt that the Oxford suits went above and beyond to keep everything clean and safe. Dinner from 10 below was amazing. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, the staff was amazing thank you Joseph in the kitchen for the amazing food!

Great clean place to stay. Little extra luxuries, that are appreciated.
We brought our toy poodle and he never makes a mess in a room and it didn’t smell, like pets had been there before.

The bellman and front office staff were very nice

Thank you!

I have never had such an amazing experience like I did at The Oxford Hotel. I was driving from Idaho to Washington this past weekend and got stuck in Oregon due to the mountain passes being closed because of the snow storm that hit the PNW. I made a last minute booking at The Oxford Hotel and was blown away by the service and accommodations. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who was also shoveling snow in the front to make easy access to guest. At check in, they gave me a puppy package with a ton of goodies for my dog that I was travelling with. I had some amazing room service that was quickly delivered to my room! The rooms were spotless and had the best complimentary toiletries.

The next morning, they gave me some supplies for my dog's morning business and pointed me in a good direction to take her on a walk. Also in the morning, the concierge took time to sit down with me and discuss different route options to get to my final destination without getting stuck in the snow again. I had the best experience staying at this hotel. It was just what I needed after a stressful day of driving! 10/10 recommend!! I can't wait to go back!

We booked connecting rooms for our family of 5 and couldn't have been happier. Rooms were very well furnished, the kitchenette made take out dinner at home easy, and all safety protocols were in place. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and the concierge was incredibly helpful. Another perk, not advertised, was a "grab and go" breakfast in the morning by the elevators... cereal, granola bars, juice - simply lovely and unexpected. We were only here one night, and would love to visit again!
