For 20 years I would travel to Southwest Ireland each May for a week of golf playing such courses as Ballybunion, Tralee, Doonbeg and Lahinch and felt that there was no place on earth with links course that could compare to these fabulous courses. The problem was that it took a day to fly to Ireland, a day to return... More

Went with a group of 16 guys. Stayed in the Chrome Lofts. Lodging was super. Very comfortable, functional and clean. Golf courses are fabulous. Played all four plus the 3-par Preserve course. Caddies are great and offered excellent tips/suggestions. Food at all the restaurants was great. Food prices were reasonable and a fairly good wine list/beer selection. Just note, Bandon... More

Today we just went to show my wife my favorite place to play golf. We were visiting the Oregon coast and took the 3 hour drive to get there and it was well worth the drive. I had the chance to show her the courses and then we had lunch in the Tufted Puffin restaurant. Ordered nothing exotic, a turkey... More

I played golf on each of the four major courses over four days. The whole experience was great ... golf, food, service. There is no Spa but Massage Center is very good for massage after lots of golf. Having a caddie is pretty much a must at Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes and Old McDonald. Bandon Trails is a little easier... More

Four different courses, two Par 3 courses and a putting green the size of half a football pitch (but much more undulating) and you have yourself the equivalent of golfing heaven. The accommodation is basic but perfectly comfortable and the various restaurants in the resort all serve excellent quality and reasonably priced food and beverages. Getting around is easy by... We were here for four nights with three other couples..and can't think of anything we would change. We ate at all of the restaurants and had fabulous meals at each. Pacific Grill had wonderful views and great seafood. The main dining room had a great variety-try the broccoli salad with fish sauce at lunch-many of us ate that 4 days... More

Very Soothing, tranquil and Calm. Bandon Lodge was great - looks out at the Pacific ocean and golf course. Very Zen like and refined. Staff is first rate and the rooms are perfect for a single or double. We stayed 5 nights and played all 4 course. I would pass on Bandon trails and play Pacific Dunes twice or Bandon... More

I just returned from 4 days at Bandon Dunes with my son and 2 grandson's. It is a great golf facility. Tough to get to but worth the trip. Golf is a 10, food is a 4. Eat at McKees Pub. Good menu and reasonable prices. Other restaurants more expensive and food just fair.

I can only report my experience with this resort. As I am not a golfer who would attempt these courses, I did go along for the trip. My husband & the other men in the group were very excited to play these famous courses. They thought that the courses were challenging and, did enjoy playing them very much. The only... More

This golf resort has it all. Once you arrive at the property you never need to get in your car again. The courses are wonderful and the food is terrific. A shuttle system takes you in a timely fashion to all of the attractions in the facility. Be sure to play the punchbowl and the par 3 courses.
