Where do I start? The room had leftover food in the drawers and the microwave. The chair and carpet had a rather suspicious stain. Returned in the afternoon to the housekeeping cart outside and the door open with the floors and carpets not being cleaned (we requested housekeeping that morning after finding the left over food). The housekeeper came back 45 min later and pushed the cart away as fast as he could. But the most concerning thing is the disabled smoke detector. Also, the artsy sink faucet had what I thought were white enamel accents but it was dried on toothpaste spittle.

I booked The Eldorado Inn in Baker City because it was pet friendly. Upon arriving in the room, it was so dirty that we left. I contacted the hotel manager, Lavena, who was not at all understanding in terms of getting my $96 back. She insisted that because I didn't let her know we had gone, we could have changed rooms and rebooked our room. She was very unprofessional on the phone and hung up on me. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!.

Started off with check in the lady seemed as tho we where a nuisance for making her get off her computer then when we asked about the pool which was advertised they made a smart comment and refused to offer any money off. After being rushed out we got to our room to find our keys didnt work luckily a very helpful young man was working next door and opened the door for us and even went and got us new keys. The room stunk like a moldy gym the wallpaper had stains on it behind every surface the beds where old and uncomfortable the bathroom stunk of urine and mold. A piece of the wallpaper was coming up behind the toilet and we could see mold covering the wall behind the wallpaper ! After a horrible nights rest we came to the so called breakfast which consisted of a hard muffin or a make you own waffle we opted to grab a hotdogs from the truck stop next door ! Will never stay there again I feel as tho I should see a doctor after staying there and make sure I dont have anything. Worst motel I have stayed at in a long time

A great place to stay! Reasonably priced rooms that have plenty of room and comfortable beds. They offer a very nice continental breakfast. There are services close by from restaurants, to stores, and gas stations, etc. Easy on and off from Interstate 84, they also offer plenty of parking, even for a “big rig”! Friendly staff are very welcoming! We will stay there again if our travels take us that way.

A very tired motel that looks used and abused. First they gave us a room that wasn't made up. Oops and apologies and then we got a room with no hot water and more apologies...but not a room change. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. All we wanted at the end of a long travel day was a shower and a good sleep. Not this time. In the morning we got more apologies yet, making us think that apologizing is really what the El Dorado is good at. Not accommodation.
