Detailed Reviews
After long drive in +90 degree weather it was nice to pull our 35 ft motor home (no tow) in to our shaded and very tidy pull- through site. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed an evening walk where we were able to check out various “old west” artifacts neatly restored and maintained on the property. Staff was very helpful. We plan to stay again.

We stayed here for one night each way on our way to and from a funeral. Our middle school aged son had online school until around 2 pm each day. We asked the host if we could pay to stay late so he could finish school, and she was so nice and accommodating! This park is compact, but SO cute and very well maintained. Can’t say enough positive things about this RV park.

Spring 2024 - This property is a family owned RV park which we would prefer to support. Very well maintained & kept clean at a very reasonable rates. It looks a little rustic, but it would surprise you with the many amenities offered, the only one we used was the laundry facilities.
The generous spacing between sites and easily navigable roads enhance the overall experience. Plus, with reliable AT&T cell service, streaming our favorite shows on Roku was a breeze.
The location is close to many well rated, locally owned restuarants, unique shops & antique stores. If you are into history, especially the Oregon Trail, this town has some great museums.
Pet Peeve: Despite the park's stringent policies on pet waste cleanup, it was disheartening to witness some guests neglecting their responsibility. Such disregard tarnished an otherwise exceptional experience.

First of all, there is a great view of the distant mountains which are spectacular at sunset. We were there in the winter but there are many deciduous trees so it must be shady in the summer. The restrooms were spotless. The hostess was charming and helpful. It is away from the freeway, so very little noise.

Outstanding place for a nights rest. Very clean park, nice spots, dog parks, big pull throughs, lots of hot water in showers, & shaded spots. It was great having a laundry facilities right on site. General store had a very great selection of RV, food, & tourist items. The full timers maintain their areas very well. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable of area. There are RV parks closer to the interstate, but not near as quite, clean, & close to town. Reasonable price propane right on site. We will be coming back on our next trip through.

Stayed one night for a stop-over at the end of our camping vacation. We had been camping in the forest so it was nice to have amenities. WIFI was excellent and allowed us to catch up after being off grid for a week. Our doggies loved the grass in our site. Showers clean and hot. Did not use the pool or spa. Staff was friendly and professional. Shady sites with grass. Oh, about the trains. We heard three of them in the distance. The horns can be heard but it is not blaring loud. No issue with trains. :)

Good place to stop and stay awhile. Everything worked and really strong water pressure. Beautiful shade trees and nice grass. Friendly people. Don’t miss the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and the old buildings downtown.
