We all have good days and bad days. We stayed here before and enjoyed it, However, this time was different. When we got to our room I tried to set up my laptop and phones. I was not able to connect. I called the front desk and explained my problem, I asked if the Wi-Fi was down and the person said "I don't know, I just came on duty." I asked if they could let me know and the person said "yes." I didn't here any thing until I went down to the desk to tell them about the next problem. We then notice that the room's heater was working. It seemed to be blowing cold air, but was set on heat. They said they would send the someone to fit it. They did, and he fixed it. I must say he was very nice and fixed the problem right away. While at the desk, once again asked about Wi-Fi. I was told it was down. For some reason only one of the two night stands had a lamp. Finally, the icing on the cake was that the coffee maker didn't work right. The best part of the stay was breakfast. Maybe they just had a bad day.

Hotel's Favorite
For starters, I picked this hotel because of it's location. It was close to some of the places we planned on visiting. Also, since we would be heading west it was easy to head out of town. Our from was very nice and those people working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I was presently surprised that they served a full hot breakfast. In our present world too many hotels have been reduced to serving an apple and granola bar and calling it breakfast. Some hotels have also just dropped serving breakfast. The dinning area was large enough that we had no problem social distancing.

Will not stay here again. The lobby is nice but goes down hill from there. The rooms aren't clean. My husband kept his shoes on when being on the carpet. No shower curtain.. when I told them about it, I was told I could go downstairs and pick one up at the counter. No apology or even a care that that happened. Hope this helps someone that's looking into this hotel.

First time at this hotel in downtown Tulsa. New to downtown as well. Hotel location is easy to get to but hotel property is small to navigate in and out even to park. I made my reservation by calling in to their 800 number and tell them what I want base on what I see on their website. No mention that there will be a charge f $10 a night plus cost of my reservation. Glad I was there for one night for the festival they have in Tulsa over the weekend. Check-in was simple and easy. That's when I was told that there will be $10 a night charge for parking fee at the hotel. Parking was not easy to navigate if you are in a truck. Not much space or parking available unless you drive a compact/medium size sedan. During check in no mention of when and where breakfast will be. Step out of the elevator to 5th floor smell like animal urinate all over. Room water was excellent with one pressure "high" and you cannot adjust how you want shower to be as to water flow. Please call hotel directly and ask normal questions (breakfast, parking, available transportation, in room safe box, etc.).

The parking lot flooded overnight and left multiple vehicles submerged in water, including our family vehicle. We had to file an insurance claim due to the damages. Upon arrival, water started pouring from a ceiling light and the host started laughing and said, “Welcome to Best Western Plus.”
