Excellent downtown location, convenient to Bok Center and we walked to local establishments. Breakfast buffet was just that a breakfast buffet, limited selection for those of us that don't eat carbs. Digital check in and out worked great!

Thank you for your review! I am sorry to see that you had such an unpleasant experience here, but I would like to touch on a few things. While we try our best to offer a 5-star experience and 5-star service, we are not the “5-Star Resort” that you were expecting at Check In. The Hampton brand is considered a “Focused Service” brand—this means that we do not have a dedicated Bellman, we do not offer room service and we do not have an on-site restaurant. We do offer a fully-stocked Treat Shop, located adjacent to the front desk, where you can find items like soda, tea, juice, snacks, frozen dinners, soup and other miscellaneous amenities. The Treat Shop is open 24/7 and our Front Desk is happy to assist you with those purchases. The closest Convenience Store is the QuikTrip and 15th & Denver—it is just under 1 mile away and we do offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from that location. If The Treat Shop nor QT have what you need, then yes, the nearest Walmart is 8 miles down the highway. While we don’t have a restaurant on site, there is a plethora of award-winning restaurants in the downtown area, many of which offer delivery. There are also delivery services such as DoorDash, UberEats and PostMates that all make frequent deliveries to our hotel. Like many hotels in the Downtown area, and due to our close proximity to the BOK center, our parking is limited to the Valet option. I understand that this can be frustrating, but I am confident in the service that the staff provides. Yes, their primary focus is parking cars but they are always willing to lend a hand when it comes to loading & unloading luggage and assisting guests to their room. I am also confident that my staff was willing to help you as well but when you rolled up your window in their face and ignored the team, I’d imagine that was difficult to do. I, myself, even offered to assist you with your luggage once you were all checked in, but you denied that offer as well. Again, we thank you for your review and giving us the opportunity to respond from our side. While we try our best to accommodate and offer a pleasant experience for all guests, we understand that our hotel may not be the best option for some. All things considered, we hope you enjoyed your time at the concert and I hope that you have a great day!

Went to see Bob Seger. Nothing as great as valeting the car and then being able to find restaurants and bars within walking distance and then walking across the street to the concert. Clean rooms and great beds.
