This is a very interesting hotel complex with lots of rooms, a spa, a sauna, pool, restaurant, bar, pet stations & exercise areas, fitness center, separate breakfast area, three conference rooms, 200 hotel rooms, a clock tower, outdoor patio area, several vending machines, on-line check in and express checkout. Our room was very nice, and I liked how I couldn't hear myself walking on the floor with it being upstairs. There was a nice easy chair with ottoman in the room with plenty of lighting. There were drawers and a wardrobe for clothes storage with a built-in safe. The lobby had a little store area with some interesting items and there were board games that could be checked out through the front desk. The decor was lovely and the menu for the restaurant looked like it held very yummy dishes.

For the second time, i travelled with teenagers for a competition at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany. This hotel is perfect for us. The suites have plenty of room, and they are clean. Although it is an older place, they always seem to be upgrading this hotel and it shows, in many areas it would not be obvious it is not a new hotel and some of the older touches are nice, such as high ceilings, ceiling fans and larger rooms at a reasonable price! They have a yummy breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The location is convenient. They had lots of great seating options through out the hotel, both indoor and outdoor for our group, which enjoys hanging out and playing games. We forgot our swimsuits this time and wished we would have remembered them!! If I'm staying in the OKC area I definitely plan on staying here. It's a lot of bang for the buck.

We're truck drivers and were broke down in OKC for a full week. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows. There is food within walking distance, but the Saddleback bar and grill was the bomb. Our bartender Rachel is very friendly and a great bartender. We ate dinner at the bar most every night. The food was exceptional. Breakfast is served in this location and it's a true buffet of the traditional options, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes or French toast and cereal both hot and cold it was very good. We even took in some hottub and pool time. The entire place was very clean and inviting. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Everyone at this facility has been very nice and accommodating.

Room was actually okay, it's an older building, but was roomy. A few little chips in the bathtub and such, but good.
The coke machine sodas were hot ( and $2 for a canned coke).
The laundry room was open and the washing machine worked, but the dryers did not. Which left me with dripping wet laundry and no way to dry it. When inquiring about it, they told me it was "under maintenance" but there was no sign and the laundry room was unlocked with door open.
Our air didn't work, so someone came to fix it ( twice actually) and while it helped it was still over 75 in our room. I will say it was super hot that day in OKC.
We had to call to get someone to fix our tv. The man who came was very nice.
I materials I received upon check in said to ask for a cleaning on 8 am or before the day I wanted it cleaned. I called the night before to request it, but it did not get cleaned. When I called to ask about it- they said they would get right to me. Which they did not do, and later said they only clean every three days. The housekeeping staff did bring me more towels and washcloths.
I didn't enjoy my stay, and would not recommend it. I would not stay again.

Rachel, we are deeply sorry that we did not meet expectations. We are in the process of upgrading the laundry room with all new machines. We will reach out to the vending company regarding the product and machines. We do appreciate you understanding that the area experienced a heat wave (highs over 110 degrees), the likes of which have not been seen in decades. We will bring your comments regarding the poor communication to our management team as we should have done a better job of getting the room cleaned when you requested.

This is an older building built in 1985 with conference rooms. It looked like it could use some refurbishing. We were told we had been upgraded to a suite on the third floor. The girl at the desk told us there was no elevator and we would have to use the stairs. Luckily a very nice man that works there showed us where there was an elevator. Thank goodness. The carpet looked like it had been replaced and the bathroom had been retiled. There is body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There was no soap bar for the sink but we had brought our own. They recently added a bar area and there is a dining area where you can order from a menu. We had a big salad and it was very good. Free breakfast was pretty good with real eggs, sausage, potatoes and the usual other items. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Buffet breakfast has gone down hill, maintenance of rooms (drains) second rate, but the prices have dropped the last few years so you get what you pay for I guess. The hotel used to be high energy property that's obviously seen its better days and may have new owners. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 15 years on business and watched it change.

The hotel was older but well maintained. It had a decent onsite restaurant and bar. There was an outdoor pool reminiscent of years gone by with lots of outdoor seating and even outdoor gas firepits for use during the winter. However, the hotel itself is located in a less affluent part of town and is surrounded by run down businesses. While we were there we saw a person get arrested on the adjacent corner as well as a couple of girls who were apparently high dancing in the parking lot. The road noise from the interstate and neighboring roads plus the unsafe feel of the neighborhood is why my review is not higher. The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. There were stains on the wall from someone dyeing their hair. All in all, what once was probably a resort hotel has declined to just an average value in a sketchy neighborhood.

First time at this property, was a little bit confusing finding the actual entrance to the Hotel but once inside I found a clean area and a welcoming staff. All of the staff were wearing masks with posted signs and hand sanitizer in and around the lobby.
For the most part this appears to be an old style all doors are outside on a walkway type of hotel.
We found our king suite to be more than adequate; it was spacious, clean & comfortable and with a AC unit that kept the heat out. There is a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave, with plenty of desk space and a separate sitting area.
We found the bed to be comfortable with many pillows which was greatly appreciated after a long drive.
We ate in the bar/restaurant for dinner ordered off a set menu, the food was good, fairly priced and enjoyable.
The breakfast is boxed in to go containers, but was adequate to get us off to a good start.
If you are traveling through the area this is a good overnight option, and they have a pool for the hot summer days.
If traveling through the area again based on this stay I would stay here again in the future.

We are currently staying here for two nights. It is in a rundown part of Oklahoma but handy to Walmart and an Outlet Shopping Mall. The exterior of our room has not been swept or cleaned for quite some time. Really black, dirty and thick cobwebs on the lights. We are on a ground floor room directly onto the car park. On leaving our room this morning we left what we believed was a good tip for the cleaner. On returning this evening the tip had been lifted but the room had not been made up. The room was how we left it this morning. The bins had been emptied - that’s a bonus. The pool looks very murky too and does not look like it has been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was ok but the cooked food was lukewarm at best. There’s no microwave to heat it up either. The staff at reception were pleasant and it’s probably not their fault that the exterior of the rooms are not cleaned. Probably would give it a miss if ever in this area again.

Great mattress, clean updated room. Great pillows. Room had TV, small fridge, microwave. Keurig coffee maker. Nice fluffy towels. Saddleback name is also the theme of the hotel lobby. Saddles to sit on at the bar, with rustic decor. I was able to back into a parking spot, and open tailgate to directly take luggage to room. I will definitely stay here again.
