Stayed there for an extended amount of time while working there, always seem to be electrical issues going on, wifi was nonexistent, theft was frequent, that is why there are signs up for reward offered for info now, road noise, homeless people adjacent to property, came in numerous times to find homeless people sleeping in their vehicles in my parking spot, the only thing going for the place is being adjacent to I40, will definitely find another place if I work in OKC again

The owner is a thief. He charged me for a 4 night stay and then immediately kicked me out of the park when he saw me using a multimeter to test the electrical panel! (any RV traveler worth his salt always checks park power before plugging in) He then called the police (gave me no chance to explain myself) and threatened to have me arrested ! I basically drove out under police escort- it was terrible and humiliating to be treated like a criminal. Owner CLAIMS my debit card was refunded, but I still haven’t seen the money. I can only hope no other person has to go through this harassment.

This park is very plain, no frills, no extras, but it is clean and well kept. The people are friendly and helpful. It is within a few miles of many restaurants and a huge shopping center. The fairgrounds are just down the interstate along with Frontier City and a couple of water parks. The water hook-up was below ground which made it interesting to connect. There are large shade trees and a gate to enter the bike trail. We stayed 4 nights in a fifth wheel.

Its ok. Cable sucks and wifi is worse. Office will not let you do laundry after 4 which sucks for working men. Clise to everything. Decent place. You can get Hunts Brothers Pizza at office if it is open. They do have ice available Decent rate

Nice place, easy to find and close to freeway, gas, food and anything else you may want. Price is right. Cable and wifi work great. I like the cement slab in front of door. Spaces pkenty long enough. My 29 ft 5th wheel was a little tight but worked just fine. Hot pizza on site.
