The hotel, and especially the rooms are very attractive. The on site restaurant serves a delicious breakfast (extra). Also nearby are other restaurants.. With just 54 rooms, each guest is made to feel special.

This hotel is amazing! Great staff, everyone was super friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable but I wasn't a fan of the pillows. The rooftop bar has a great view and an awesome atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

This hotel has the absolute best customer service from every employee. Such a rarity nowadays. The pool service was excellent, valet, front desk, and housekeeping all top notch. The bar at the top had fantastic service. We were always greeted when we walked in. Beautiful hotel.

Really nice hotel. It’s in a very good location with a lot of high-quality restaurants within a block or two. On-site restaurant is very good as well. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Bathroom and shower are large. Staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. You can take the trolley right down the street to get just about anywhere for sightseeing - my car pretty much stayed parked for most of the trip. Will definitely return.

A delightful little boutique! Very kind and prompt staff. Quiet and very clean. Delicious breakfast. Everyone we ran into was welcoming - a rarity in today’s world. One person stood out: the night manager, a wonderful woman, Miss Sam, telling us the history of this beautifully renovated hotel. As we sat and chatted with other hotel guests, she slipped away and brought us bottled water and seemed to know when to say just the right comment and then she would be gone, leaving us with our newfound friends. You have a gem in her! She went out of her way to make not only us feel at home but other guests as well as she interacted with them. We cannot wait to return.

Had a really nice time here. All of the Staff were cheerful, attentive to the needs of their guests. We felt like these people were genuinely invested in providing a boutique hotel experience. Ate several times in Cuvee. This is the in house restaurant. Can’t say enough good things about them. Our waiter gave personalized service. He came to the table at just the right moments. The chef made Me a marvelous sea scallop dinner. Done correctly. Scallops were huge. Husband had a filet of beef. Cooked exactly right-medium well done. (I know that’s not proper. It’s the MidWest in us. No raw food for us. So cook that lovely piece of meat) We did room service twice. Both times meals were hot. They also were speedy.) food comes from Cuvee. All of it was tasty. Room was on the corner of Walker and 11th Street had street noises. One night had the obligatory noisy drunk. Managed to be gone by 11 PM. The rest of the time just the noise of the city. I won’t go into the room etc. nicely seen on website. West The only drawback is the front entrance. This is the west side of building. There are 2 small flights of stairs. This area has outdoor seating so is decorated well. The bellman is always eager to help. We needed a wheelchair accessible entrance. Sure enough one on the east side of building. The first time or two I recommend having the bellman help you.

I travel a lot for business and I rarely write hotel reviews. I am generally marginally satisfied or disappointed and rarely positively surprised. The Ambassador Hotel in Oklahoma City was an exception. It doesn’t look like much from the outside given that it is an old building. However, this is one of the best renovations that I have experienced. The rooms are spacious and upgraded, the bathrooms are redesigned, spacious and upgraded, the hotel is very clean and well appointed. You can feel the luxury and attention to detail from the moment you get off the elevator, through the corridors and into your rooms. Really really well done and quite a value for the price. Great location of course, but don’t let the outside fool you. This is a luxurious property with great attention to detail. Highly recommended on Oklahoma City!

I stayed both at an Autograph Collection in the downtown area and at this property. I found the downtown location to be better situated to the sightseeing I wanted to do. Good information provided by the front desk upon check in. Ambassador Elite Bonvoy benefits: no room upgrade. Breakfast was a $26 food credit for the restaurant which is on the lobby level and behind the front desk. Service at the restaurant is excellent. Two young ladies looked after me during my stay and they were delightful. Food selection was better than average with several tempting option and taste was good too. The Nationa hotel gave a lovely welcome amenity of a breakfast box in addition to the elite breakfast - no welcome amenity from the Ambassador. Housekeeping didn't replenish used amenities. Room was fairly spacious and comfortable. When the entrance doors were manned the gentlemen were very gracious and quick to assist. While this hotel is pretty good, it's in a market with a sister property that is exceptionally good and superior in almost every way. Unless a pool is your deal breaker (the Ambassador has one, the National doesn't) then I would wholly recommend you book at the National and not the Ambassador when in Oklahoma City.

The hotel had a nice brick exterior and the staff was helpful and the place smelled so fresh. The carpet was brand-new, and the room was spotless. It was a soft bed. The Hall's Pizza Kitchen and other fantastic nearby restaurants are accessible on foot. The pool is not very big. Definitely would return to this hotel.

This is a great boutique hotel in OKC. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The bathroom is clean. There is a designated work area with a small desk. The customer service was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to OKC.
