Me and my Husband come here often and have been doing so for many years. The new owners have REALLY stepped up and have done some major improvements and still going. This looks and sounds very impressive! There are already so many changes being done and it is for the better!! Great staff and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only downside I have found in the room is the lack of outlets to plug in devices. But have always found an outlet to use. We use to frequent the clubs on site, but when they closed we were worried there were not going to be clubs any time soon, or if at all. But, Club Exile opened shortly after and just in time to bring the Hotel to new heights for the New Year! Rumor has it, the other bar will be opening soon in 2020 and the restaurant will be opening with 24 hour dining available. My husband and I, along with friends from near and far, spent the evening in Club Exile dancing and drinking on New Year's Eve and had a Champagne toast to bring in the New Year with the New Club at the New Hotel!! What a great time it was and the staff are so friendly everywhere you go! They are always there to help whenever and wherever they can. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a good time and meet new friends while doing it. There are 2 pools on site with major improvements coming to them this year. The rooms are still mostly the same but with improvements. New beds/linens and some new carpet and furniture. The suites are very spacious and feel like home and are very comfortable to hang out with friends in. Be on the look out for many more improvements!!

I have been enjoying my trips at Habana for many years but this last visit was not up to standards. Too much wrong for me to list here. I am glad that the hotel has been bought by a new owner because it needs serious renovations and upgrading desperately!

I have been coming to the Habana for over 25 years and have always loved it. This 5 day trip was a bit different. Upon arrival there were NO cars in the parking lot. When checking in the manager (who is wonderful and talkative) told me 2 weeks ago the people who ran the disco, restaurant, martini bar, and country western club packed up without notice and left. She said the hotel will be opening new clubs within the next several months...we shall see. I was one of only a handful of people who stayed at the Habana. It used to be packed. In addition to no guests there were no people walking around like the old days. Maybe it was the cooler weather. The rooms are basically the same except the phones are gone and the bedspreads have been changed. (Thank God). They were filming a movie called 13 minutes during my stay which was interesting to watch but made parking very annoying. I had to wait until filming was over to get into the vending area for ice. I waited for no reason the ice machine does not work and the vending machines are all empty. So there is no bars, restaurants or amenities left. IN addition they removed one of the best amenities of the Habana-Late check-out for a nominal fee. The locals told me that no-one is happy with the new Habana and that they feel the new owners are going to build the place up for a profit and sell it for the land. I meet all the new managers and liked them. I hope their intent to return the Habana to its old glory days is true. But for now I recommend waiting until at least one of the bars re-opens since currently the place is dead. Instead I will be going to the Parliament House in Orlando which is exactly like the Habana but much bigger. It reminds me of the old Habana with multiple clubs and guys hanging out for a good time. However I will be coming back to OKC in Spring to check out the new Habana. I really wish the new team good luck.

Fun and friendly people are what make this hotel, enhanced by the attentive staff, nightlife, and poolside lounging. Had a decent meal in the restaurant with great service as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Overall, similar to years past. Changes are happening, but rooms are still about the same. Good place to support LGBTQ. It has areas being updated and it looks to be going well. There was a movie being made while there so some areas were closed off at the beginning.
