We stayed at this hotel while in OK for a game at Norman. It is very conveniently located within a short walk to Brick City. A free shuttle gets you most places of interest. A very attractive hotel with a quiet bar an good breakfast buffet. A bargain!

We stayed for the Blake Shelton concert on 9/9/16. We had very quick check in. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Only complaint was valet blocked us in when we were leaving the next day. Loved the hotel!! Going back in November for Carrie underwood

My stay was $179 for room (discount price) plus $25 for parking per night. When taxes are added, the cost per night was $220, which was not cheap for Oklahoma City area. But I loved my stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and worked with high efficiency. The lady who works during the breakfast hours at the Club... More

I recently stayed here for a work conference. The first problem was the cost. It was $249 per night (government rate) which is obscene. Nothing else in the downtown area or bricktown area was as expensive. Even the Hilton Skirvin was less. My bill at checkout was $899 for 3 days. The next issue concerns cleanliness and decor. The wall... More

This hotel is an old Embassy Suites with the courtyard surrounded by 15 floors that overlook it. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee shop staff is fairly rude on multiple days. Bar staff is friendly and service is good. The rooms are outdated with peeking wallpaper and tiles coming loose. Ceiling tiles in the elevators are coming loose.... More

This hotel really is beautiful. The staff was nice a a whole, but a gentleman named Roy is a cut above and beyond. The parking system is not ideal; be prepared for planning and waiting. The beds are not as comfortable as many other hotels. While the lobby shines, rooms seemed in need of some makeovers. For example, the refrigerator... More

Check in was perfect, fast and easy. Good service. Executive lounge is small and not well done, breakfast is not with your time there, find someplace else. Room was very dull, no small fridge, very average room, not the cool vibe that most Renaissance Hotels have. Seems like an old hotel that Marriott bought and made it into a Renaissance.... More

The hotel is very nice and in close proximity to Bricktown. We were greeted with FREE top shelf margarita's on Friday night til 8:00 PM by Austin, who was awesome. The rooms are nice but try to stay on side not facing railroad tracks as trains start very early in the morning. The breakfast buffet was very nice with made... More

Quick check in, no upgrades available however did get executive lounge access. Rooms clean, quiet, functional. Pool opens at 6, nice work out area. Lots of choices nearby for dinner and hotel shuttle driver Rick is quick to get you there and back. Michelle does great job in the executive lounge each morning.
