Nice place to stay for business. Front desk makes you feel like home. Helpful knowledgable staff will advice you with any requests you might have. Easy access in and out abc great restaurant in walking distance. Good breakfast and great housekeeping services

I flew in to be with my father during his life changing event. I try to stay at Fairfields, so I booked here as it was about 4 miles away. My room was clean and quiet, yes the place needs a few updates, but as far as a bad area, no, there is another hotel and a Texas roadhouse, did... More

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in the marriott chains. Seems more like a motel with broken down amenities. Pool is dirty, bedding seems used. Towels are brown in color and when i mentioned, i was told that its because of the lighting!.... At least in a motel, i am prepared for all these things considering the... More

This hotel is located in an industrial area. There is no mall. the area is only empty buildings of a failed venture. access to highway is complicated with heavy traffic. Accommodations are comfortable but there is no fitness room & you need to use the facilities across the parking lot at the Residence Inn.

I checked for a last-minute deal on Priceline and snagged a room for $47 for the night (plus taxes, of course). The staff was friendly, check in was smooth, and the room was nice. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but I couldn't complain for the price I paid. Cons: the bathroom counter was not as clean as... More

This hotel was a little difficult to locate when we arrived later in the evening because the whole surrounding area is quite dark. Some locals informed us this is one of the “less desired areas” of Oklahoma City. It took a second call to the front desk from the outside phone and quite a few minutes to get someone to... More

My family has stayed overnight at Fairfield Inns in other cities with no issues prior. They have always been relatively updated and in locations that I have never felt safety would be a concern. When traveling with a small child through OKC this past weekend, I booked a night at the Fairfield Inn CrossRoads, on Expedia.com. My first thought when... More

We normally stay at the nearby Residence Inn but at the time of booking the reservation we were told there were no rooms available so we chose the Fairfield Inn that is right next door for a three day stay. The good: The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean and parking was no problem. The not-so-good:... More

We liked our experience at this Fairfield. It was very clean and Cecy at the front desk was very welcoming. The nearby mall looks like it's seen better days, though. Next door is a Texas Roadhouse which would be nice for an evening meal, though we were meeting friends downtown. My only complaint would be that it did not have... More

Though it's a little out of the way location would make some hesitant to stay here, the outstanding management here sets it apart and distinguishes it above other hotels that may be typically more expensive and more central. The primary daytime manager was incredibly patient with our large party and she had fun things set up midday in the breakfast... More
