Had apartment reserved for a 2 month stay. 4 days before I was scheduled to arrive, I got a call telling me that they no longer would accept any reservation less than 3 months and my reservation was being cancelled. Beware of anyone who does business this way. There are many more reputable short term places in OKC.

This was horrible. It is not a hotel. It is a dumpy apartment complex. The fact there is a security gate to enter this complex is a joke. The entry way to our rental room was covered with bird poop and very suspect stairs. We opened the door to the room and an overwhelming smell of air freshener covering smells of animals, smoke, and mold. We stayed 2 minutes and left to find another hotel. This may have been the worst accommodations I have ever seen. I am so mad at myself for not reading the reviews as it cost me 94$

Pictures online are very misleading. The pictures look good but the real place when you get there is very old and ghetto. I didn't feel safe staying here. We booked for two nights but checked out a day early.

First, when we walked in, there was an overwhelming odor of bug spray. Well at least they sprayed :). We bought a candle and burned it the 4 days we were there. Secondly there were two TV's in the room. The one in the bedroom was not the correct screen size for the input. I can fix this myself, but there was no tv remote and the cable remote does not support the TV input function. The other tv in the living room would work for about 5 minutes and turn off. You could not turn it back on. I called the office from my cell as the room phone did not work. Of course no one answered. So I went up to the office to report the issue. The clerk indicated she would have it fixed. After it was not fixed, called after hours maintenance. At least he answered the phone. After I told him the TV needed to be replaced as it was most likely an issue with the overheating sensor on the TV his suggestion was to hit the reset button. Which of course I tried just to show him it would not work. He said he would come by and replace the TV. Day 2 called the office, again no answer left voicemail. Went up to office, clerk indicated they would be by to get it fixed. I called the after hours guy again (several hours later as it was not fixed). He indicated he was working on a blockage and would be by after that about 45 minutes later. He also indicated he was working the following day at the property at 9AM. I took that to mean that he was not on property (as the after hours serviceman) and I would not see him until the following morning. Day 3 noon, no maintenance man by yet, called office no answer voicemail full. Went up to office, clerk said maintenance guy was replacing a lock and would be by afterward to fix tv. Day 4-Luckily this is checkout day. Checked out informed the clerk that the TV has not been fixed. She was obviously disappointed. However, she indicated she would send us the paperwork finalizing our stay at the property. I have yet to receive the paperwork. So I called today and of course got the voicemail which is still full.

Me and my friends rented it for a “stay-cation”. The pictures and description are SOOOO misleading. It was st pattys day weekend, spring break, and we booked it last minute so our options in OKC were limited. The hotel room is advertised as a condo by Lake Hefner, but really it’s a ghetto apartment in a bad part of town. The place was filthy, like they hadn’t cleaned it.The front desk was so un helpful. Their hours were weird and they were either locked, or didn’t answer their phone. Our room wasn’t ready upon check in and when we went to check out they weren’t there. The condo was falling apart on the outside and the inside. The bed is old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced ASAP, the couch bed was tougher than a $2 steak. The shower was disgusting and cracking. The worst part of all was the fact that it had this god awful chemical odor. I didn’t smell it when we had first walked in, but then anytime I’d walk out of the apartment and walk back in we’d instantly be hit with the smell. Im pregnant so I can only imagine how healthy that was for me to breathing in that unknown chemical smell. I’ve also had a terrible head ache since leaving there that I can’t help but assume came from the odor. The front desk also had to give us literally 5 different gate codes, because she didn’t know which code was for the gate. Then none of them even worked. My advice is for you to spend a little bit more money and get something much better. This place was terrible.
