Exquisite staff that ensure customer service that I say is Best In Class on delivery. Interaction was great, understanding, accommodating with all staff. Rooms are spacious, pretty good lighting but the bathroom setup is amazing. Superb lighting, overall presentation was great. Beds comfortable and pillows extra soft. TV side is great, I’m thinking 48” actually, centered just right. I found the fridge but no microwave. Possibly my mistake for assuming it came with one. Breakfast was meager yet I’d covid so they did their best to ensure balanced breakfast while social distancing was in play. Very elegant hotel

Pros: good location, nice modern large rooms, spacious, friendly morning checkout person, lot parking. Cons: room 511 had a leaky and lose sink faucet, night staff was annoyed, and the “continental breakfast” was a paper bag with an apple and a granola bar in it. If thats how you need to handle covid, ok fine... but dont advertise that as a full breakfast.

My husband and I chose the Hyatt chain of hotels specifically because of their stated corporate policies related to COVID. We had great experiences at all of the Hyatts during our drive from the SF Bay Area to Chicago and back—and then we walked into the Hyatt OKC Bricktown. While Oklahoma has no state or county mask mandates, Hyatt Hotels, as a matter of corporate wide policy, does require masks in public area throughout their hotels. Signage on the entry doors clearly states this policy. However, upon entering the hotel, I noticed two individuals across the lobby who were not in compliance. As these two moved across the lobby and whine the registration desk, I realized they were hotel employees. My husband pointed out to the maskless young man that signs on the entry door indicate masks are required. (The employee at the registration desk said nothing.) This young man, proudly flouting corporate regulations, told my husband that he didn’t have to wear a mask because my husband and I were wearing masks. Not only is this factually wrong in terms of COVID transmission, but it was also extremely rude. The woman by his side did have a mask on, but wore it below her nose, so as to render it ineffective. The couple soon left and I asked the employee at registration who the rude young man was and she indicated he worked in housekeeping. If housekeeping staff ignore corporate policies regarding COVID mask wearing, how I am to be assured that rooms are thoroughly and properly disinfected? The manager of this Hyatt is either encouraging his staff to ignore corporate policy or he is incapable of managing the staff at the hotel. In all my years of travel (and they are many) I have never been spoken to so rudely and have never felt such concern for my physical safety in terms of hotel cleanliness.

If you look this hotel up online their website indicates a good hot breakfast is included in the daily room rate, not mentioning the fact you will be charged $15.00 per day for parking, you must read the fine print at the end of the third page of the website to find this charge, the indoor swimming pool is about the size of a jacuzzi and very cold but online it looks to be quite large, the room was small without a microwave and had a very uncomfortable mattress on the king size bed. Now to be fair I know the Corona 19 virus is effecting us all so instead of a hot breakfast you'll get a bottled water at room temperature, a small red apple, and a prepackaged muffin, saving the hotel hundreds of dollars each day by not serving better packaged meals with juice or milk for breakfast instead. The hotel was nice enough and the staff was friendly but basically said there was nothing they could do about the issues with the hotel, that's just the way it was, definitely not worth over $100.00 a night to stay here.
