The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, breakfast was mediocre, towels were horrible, staff was consistently seen sitting on counters and acted as if guests didn't exist. I will not be staying at a Hyatt ever again.
Rooms smell (two different rooms) so air fresheners are needed, air conditioning is loud and proximity to freeway means you'll need earplugs to get any sleep. Breakfast is pretty descent, it's nice to have WSJ to read while eating and staff is friendly.

Hotel is exceptionally close to busy, noisy (day and night) freeway. Hotel was almost empty but I was given a room as close to the freeway as possible - inconceivable that they would place a first-time customer, or any customer, in this room.
