We have crossed the country many times and this is our favorite hotel anywhere. Set in the gorgeous old Ford assembly plant, and entirely refurbished, it is the height of industrial chic. All of its spaces are vaulting and enormous and very cool. The staff is super helpful and kind, and the rooms are almost hilariously huge with a deliciously comfy bed, great bathroom, spectacular shower, and ours was super quiet. The giant hallways are laden with art and not the typical crappy hotel art. It’s fun to go to every floor to explore. There is parking across the street for $5 or valet parking … and it is PET FRIENDLY. Our dog loved it. There is even an area in the back where the dog can be off leash and it’s a short walk to the botanical gardens. All of the restaurants in the hotel have good healthy food. This hotel is an 11 out of 10.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is very friendly and I loved all the different art on every floor. The waiters and staff at Mary Eddys are very nice and attentive. The hotel is centrally located, and all the restaurants bars are really close for a very enjoyable weekend!

On a recent road trip driving a car back from Indiana to California along I 40 we stopped in OKC and stayed at the Fordson and wow were we impressed. It was our first trip to OKC but the history of the hotel as a former Model T factory (initially developed by the 21C Hotel group) was appealing. The hotel is a glorious restored brick factory with concrete floors, high ceilings, art installations, and a happening cocktail lounge, all in the up and coming west village district. Our room was a loft that would make any New Yorker weep: high ceilings, industrial glass oversized window, super luxe bed, sofa and stateroom style furniture layout, plus an industrial bathroom in gray and white with the coolest fixtures ever (chrome steering wheels) in sink and shower. Big Tv, bar area and crisp linens finished the picture. There is much to explore in OKC if you happen to be in the vicinity because it is an undiscovered gem, but do it from the Fordson because this is what a boutique hotel should be — anywhere.

We stopped here for one night on our cross country adventure. This is a must stay at hotel. Very unique and eclectic. Rooms are clean. We loved that there is a restaurant on premises. After traveling all day we did not want to leave for food. And the food was amazing. Nice choice of menu with fresh ingredients. We also had breakfast in the morning before we left and that did not disappoint either. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The worst. Rude staff, no hand soap, terrible esthetic experience. We had frequented the 21C for years with a wonderful experience every time, but this was so difficult and disappointing. We won’t go back even if we get incentives because the experience was so off-putting. Would never recommend.

We came here as a group for a friend's 40th destination birthday. When our friend organized our stay the hotel was A21. Then they switched over to Fordson right before the party. None of us were offered a discount, even though the art and vibe is why we originally chose this hotel. The rooms are comfortable (although the toilet should really have a door), but there are definitely some problems that need to be worked out in the management transition. The front desk staff has no idea what's going on - even basic questions about the spa, laundry service and just pulling up a reservation in the computer system caused long delays and back and forths because no one knew what to do. The pool is super tiny and gets overrun with randos who aren't staying at the hotel; the public bathrooms were chronically out of toilet paper and paper towels; both the sauna and steam room in the spa were broken; and three out of four treadmills in the gym were broken (and the one that worked was in front of a bright window that was missing its shade). One of our friends booked the penthouse suite and all the outdoor furniture had been removed so it was just like being in a big parking lot. They really should have closed in the transition to get all these things ironed out. We still had a fun time with our friends but I know the bday organizers were disappointed.

No art at all which was the reason for the stay. No Internet entire 3 day stay. 2 treadmills not working in gym. Pull down shades in gym didn’t work. Lighting in rooms is scarce. 20 minute wait for a Lyft driver…day or night. Could not get a receipt at checkout, was told it would be emailed. Not a good place for business traveler. Pool looked beautiful but as a business traveler thats not my focus.

We checked into a 4 star hotel and checked out of a 3 star. We booked a room with the understanding there was valet service and were unaware it ended at 11:00 pm. We also understood there was room service and when we called to utilize it was unavailable also. We stayed 3 nights. Bonus was we were allowed to check in early and that was due to HIGH VACANCY. This hotel is in the midst of changing branding/ownership. We booked at 21C museum hotel. We booked this hotel to enjoy the art boasted about. There were 3-4 pieces of art left in an alcove on the second floor, very disappointing. We had our room serviced one day and nothing else after that. No room refresh for towels or coffee etc. we did use the spa here and the masseuses were fairly good. Unfortunately they started late and didn't seem to have any organisation. Definitely not worthy of the couples charge for 90 minute with express facial ($425 + tip). And we weren't a couple having the massage yet we were steered into a couples room. Slightly awkward and no privacy but it was with a female relative so we just made the best of it. The bodega in the hotel Is cute. The highly rated restaurant Mary Eddys wasn't available for breakfast or lunch and we were off property for dinner so I can't speak to that. Our television would turn off on its own. That may be related to the glitchy internet. The in room mini-bar is empty as well. My complaint is I did NOT get what I paid for. What we bought according to the reservations is not available as they shift ownership. So I wouldn't book/stay here until ALL RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETE. The workers were all very polite. The valet when we used it was the best part, most friendly and professional.

As is typical for 21C Art Hotels, this hotel is in a former commercial building, in this case, a former Ford assembly plant. The building has high ceilings and the art is sometimes quite large. All in all, a very interesting and enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel is a very good experience. The only reason I did not give it the best rating (very good) was the absence of a small refrigerator in the room and minimal coffee supplies. I would recommend this as a good stay.,
