The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa receives acclaim for its clean, comfortable rooms and the friendly demeanor of its staff. However, some guests have encountered problems with room amenities and service. While the vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music and unique decor, is a highlight for many, opinions on value are divided due to costly services and tight slots, despite some dining options being reasonably priced. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and casino, are popular, but the presence of smoke in communal areas has been noted as a downside. Service quality has been inconsistent, with some travelers experiencing rudeness and lapses in service.

We've stayed at a few casinos in the midwest and, by far, this was our best experience yet! Clean and modern. Super friendly staff. The check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was informative and welcoming. About 5 minutes after getting to our room, we received a call to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms were very nice, quiet, spacious, comfy beds, 4 bath towels, great bathroom lighting and a makeup mirror, chocolate guitars and the ability to hook up to our netflix account.

They had a kid pool and an adult only pool. While there were a couple of kids there, they were not obnoxious. Also, a HUGE outdoor hot tub for about 10 guests with NO kids, thankfully. The outdoor area had an attendant picking things up and taking drink orders when the bar was closed. Pool was open until midnight! Great music and lighting. Fire pits and conversation areas, also cabanas with TVs and fridges available to reserve.

Casino has several great places to eat and we always love the Hard Rock store. Temperature was quite comfortable and plenty of games to play... never had to wait. We get good rewards and benefits. We win and lose, of course. We like the the poker room and tournaments. All staff was friendly from dealers to wait staff.

We also like that it is near shopping and other restaurants, though we actually never left the casino.

We love all the music memorabilia and all the little details that are above and beyond... the carpet appears to be a digital sound wave, there are little guitars embroidered on the pillows, the lights in the lobby look like guitar keys... just love everything about this place. We will be back!

We went to the casino a couple of weeks ago because of the non-smoking throughout the casino - we are not smokers. Having the shields between the slot machines is a great idea; however, having to also wear a mask is ridiculous. River Spirit and Osage (Sand Springs) neither require you to wear a mask and, for this reason we will not be back until that requirement is lifted!

Very impressed with the hotel and casino's attention to detail in cleaning and safety protocols. From cleaning the check in counter between guests to the barriers between games in the casino this property has their act together.
The hotel has always been a great place to stay and the efforts being made to keep guests safe make it even better.
Love the entire casino now being nonsmoking to reduce masks being removed.

Our stay at the Hard Rock was very disappointing and we do not plan to stay here again. Although the hotel was vigilant in cleaning due to Covid 19 and the beds were extremely comfortable, everything else was lacking. We booked our room as part of a wedding party. The blocked rooms were not together and on multiple floors which was inconvenient and frustrating. Our room was clean but dated and the refrigerator and bathroom outlet did not work. They did provide us with a replacement refrigerator and the non-working outlet was not discovered until the morning when trying to get ready. Because of Covid 19, the ice machines were understandably not functioning. However, it took 1 hour and two phone calls to get ice. Food was not allowed in the sitting area of the pool which made it difficult for those with children. We ate at the HWY 66 Diner. The food was good but one of the orders was wrong. They offered to correct the order, but everyone was done eating before it was delivered. Upon check out, we advised the representative of the room issues which she noted, but we did not even receive an "I'm sorry." We have stayed at other Hard Rock properties and anticipated the same experience. Unfortunately, this property failed.

I love HardRock Hotel! I've been going there for several years often. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The very large no smoking section is a fun place to play.
I like the suites tower because it is over the no smoking gaming area. The rooms are large and they have great large showers. (downside the rooms are dark - has dark wood and the windows have a reddish tinting- I'm pretty sure that was a mistake done years ago LOL). The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff do amazing at cleaning the rooms!
Concerts there are fun and there are a variety of genres on a nightly bases. The pool is exciting and fun. There are several restaurants there that I miss, especially Tobey Keith and the 66 diner.
The Hotel staff are welcoming and work to accommodate! The hosting staff also work hard and do an excellent job making our experience pleasant, safe and fun.
Wish I could say I always win at the slots-lol, not quite! There is some remodeling going on and I'm excited to see the improvements

(I apologize if this sounds like I work for Hardrock, I do not!)

LARGE hotel and casino. Very convenient for in house concerts, gambling, etc. Staff was SUPER polite and helpful from check-in to checkout. Their outgoing and friendly personalities were very much appreciated.

Our 6th floor rooms both had so-so views. One overlooking the swimming pool and hot tub, the other the side of the building. Definitely not something I would be bragging about. The rooms themselves both contain double beds which were very comfortable. I loved that the headboard and the entertainment area had recessed up lighting. This gave the room a warm glow without a blinding light as you relaxed or got dressed. This for me was the highlight of the room. The bathroom was very small the sink was set on a beautiful countertop however the sink swept out with a large edge around it. This meant that when brushing your teeth or washing your face you had to really lean down into the sink so as not to splatter and make a mess. A very lovely feature but not functional in my opinion. I can't imagine what a small child would do with this. The faucets were all heavy and squared and felt good in your hands. However the shower head had a very weak spray and had a loud whistle. For the size of the restroom it was very disappointing. However I did like the heat lamp above the shower. On a normal vacation I would not want to pay $200 for this room. However I see where the convenience of being in house would push the price of the rooms up.

I have not been to the Hard Rock Casino Tulsa in about three years or so. My wife wanted to go so I said sure let’s go for the weekend since we live in DFW which is a little under 4 hours by car. I have traveled to many casinos around the world but this place has the tightest slots by far in my opinion. I spent 4 hours and a couple of thousands of dollars here and did not even come close to getting any free games or winning anything. The place has a nice ambiance and selection of slots. The COVID 19 protocols are commended given the circumstances. What can I say other than I will not be back. Winstar World Casino, which is an hour from DFW, has a much better opportunity to last longer playing the slots and at least it does not suck every dollar out of your wallet. Additionally, we go to the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood Florida which has a better customer experience due to the looser slots. My wife and I left with a bad taste in our mouth.

Our family visited over this past weekend. Got in on a Thursday evening and everything was fine but come Friday morning the staff would charge toward you (literally) if a mask was below your nose or even down for a split second to take a drink...even if you were hundreds of feet away from another person. Ridiculous! We felt like we couldn’t even enjoy ourselves because the staff would threaten us with security if we didn’t get our masks on fast enough, absolutely absurd! Our experience was horrible and we won’t be going back EVER...not even just for the casino.

We booked a Suite in the Cherokee Tower with two Queen beds, staying one night in December 2022. While this hotel has some positives for those looking to gamble and have a party atmosphere , I was disappointed in our stay overall. For $260 per night, the room was old and in bad repair. We had a lamp that would flicker on and off on the desk and the drawers in the dresser unit under the tv fell out when pulled even a little. The rooms color and design was dark and the bathroom was especially dark and dull. The carpet was not dirty but quite worn. There was lots of parking at this property but no valet which was touch for me traveling with two small children and a lot of bags. I was expecting at least paid valet to be available at a “resort” property. At check in, the agent was not the warmest and seemed tired or bored. We walked into the roped line and were the only people waiting (me and my two five year olds), yet she called out “Next Guest please”. There were no others waiting - this sort of embodied her attitude. There were no real amenities besides the Casino and the pool is outdoors - not doable in the Winter. Our two highlights of the stay were the help we received from the bellman who at least helped unload our car and then kept all our bags safe while we drove to the second level of the garage and walked back to the lobby. Also, the Highway 66 Diner was outstanding for breakfast and the service was excellent. It was honestly the best part of our stay. Room Service was just ok, not great meal quality. Perhaps this hotel would have been a better choice for us had we booked in the newer All-Suites Tower… Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the property overall based on our stay.

We decided to stay here on a short-notice reservation and luckily the Hard Rock Hotel had a handicap room at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean, although some of the handicapped amenities made it a little unusual to us. Luckily, we're not handicapped. Service was excellent at checkin, room service, the gaming floor, and at checkout. Our play on the floor was decent, particularly at video poker, even though the pay tables were not the best. Parking was very easy, once you figure out which side of the resort the entry is on. A nice tribal casino that's basically operated like a Vegas-style casino.
