They lost 2 in our groups reservation. $10 more per night to rebook. Checked in and had to pay full price up front. No Kleenex in room, toilet running nonstop, the small bath towels were very rough and mattress was terrible. Every time you flushed you had to take the lid off to unstick the chain. Small light in bathroom gave almost no light in the shower as the dark curtain kept it out. Front desk basically ignored the issues and let us know there were no refunds period. Another lady in the group had water and mold stains on her ceiling. TV remote (all 4) never worked the 3 nights she was there. They kept getting mad at her for requests one. When they would actually come to the room they could not get any of them to work. Not their problem no REFUND. See photos

Room Tip: Find another place to stay. I know staff are hard to hire, but they can at least be nice

The room had such a chemical smell that I had an asthma attack and asked to be moved to another room. The gal on duty said they were booked and couldn’t do it. I asked for a refund and she said they will not refund my money. She then hung up on me. There were no other rooms available in town so my friend offered to switch rooms with me. The tv didn’t work and was told it would be fixed the next day. That was Thursday and today is Saturday and no tv. The beds suck and will NEVER come back. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

The first room we got had no toilet seat cover. They did not have cable tv, they had ruka tv. They had internet but they had problems with it so the tv sucked. We had ants all over one of the beds the first morning. The second room had the same problems with internet and tv. One of the walls had big pieces of paint peeling. This hotel needs a complete remodel and uprades.

Upon arrival front reception was friendly. Our room stay was 111. I will be honest. Was a little worried about parking area. Didn’t seem to be much space left in behind for vehicles coming around. Only real complaint. Room attendant did not knock before coming in our room the next day. So suggestion to management. Please inform your staff before entering rented rooms to please knock and announce themselves before entering. This one did not. I was on bed closest to door and she entered with no announcement. I will stay again when I’m area. As you see. I still gave 4 stars. Not upset at all about my visit. Clean and affordable. I like that.

Stayed here a few times, it is a sufficient place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Disappointing to hear your neighbor get the same room for $79 a night. Aside from that, we had a good stay, nothing fancy, and they have done away with breakfast, could use a security lock in the doors, and the people were friendly. Courtney welcomed us like we were family, so thank you Courtney for the warm welcome.
