As soon as we walk into the room it stunk very badly with Dog Pee and Strong Dog Oder. The room and carpet was just nasty. Stains all over the carpet and even large places were the color Taken out of the carpet from Dog Urine or bleach. The shower was very dark as there was no light in the shower and the dark shower curtain was up so high it did not allow light into the shower...basically making you take a shower in the dark...not a pleasant or welcoming experience. This stop was the last stop on our 6 day road trip on our Harleys. Among all of the places we spent the night on or road trip and our travels... this room was the most expensive and yet it was absolutely!! The Worst!! by Far. To sum it up...the room this hotel put us in was discussing and they should be embarrassed to even offer such a room to the public. It was as though homeless people where living in the room with Dogs. Even after taking a shower in the dark... you ended up feeling dirty and you couldn’t get the smell of dog and dog Pee out of your nose. Out of all of the nice places to stay at around Broken Bow... do yourself a favor... don’t even consider spending a night at this place. Very disgusting.

I bragged on this place to everyone how wonderful it was. Well the new owner completely ruined this place. $130 for a middle of the week rate is ridiculous and they no longer serve breakfast! The desk clerk gave us key to a room we walked in to and someone was in it! Wrong key!! Wrong room! The room smelled like cigarette even though it's a non smoking room. The coffee maker was a traditional coffee maker but the pot didn't fit the maker and then had keurig cups. The TV remote doesn't work! The mini fridge was so freaking loud all night. The new bedding was the ugliest grey all wrinkled like the bed was just made! A bar was added to the lobby but was closed and desk clerk said it was owners own private bar no longer open to guest! Worst $130 ever spent!

Way over priced...room had very poor lighting, overhead light was out and a very small Walmart lamp between the beds, bulbs in dressing area were mismatched and two burned out. Cigarette butts all around the outside of the faded paint door. Just over all very depressing.... we didn’t stay the night and came back home, paid $300 for absolutely nothing.

We've stayed here for years every time we plan a last minute get away. They always have a clean room waiting for us. Great location and friendly staff. Beds are clean and comfy and the pool is clean and the perfect size.

For a resort area, you would expect the front desk to know about the local attractions - not a clue where or what they are. There were very few people at the motel. I read a few reviews and got the room with the running toilet, leaky bathtub, broken a/c, and one of the two beds needed replaceing. I'm sure they would have gave me a better room if they had one. The TV was new, but you had to pay or have your sign in to watch HBO, Showtime, Netflixs. They didn't even have the main networks or locals. I found out breakfast was cancelled due to covid. Other places figured out how to safely serve people. Again dissapointing. The hotel is on a busy hightway and very noisy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
