Some pictures make the rooms seem worse than they are. It's not luxury, but the view is outstanding and the grounds are great especially with all of the deer that congregate around the inn. It's not in the league with Wilhelmina State Park lodge on top of Rich mtn. outside of Mena, but it's a real nice backup. Took a... More

We were here years ago and loved it but this time I found it worn out. I still loved the small patio with great view (complete with 5 deer enjoying the grass beneath our patio) but unit had smallest TV ever, bedspread was still wrinkled, and furnishings were outdated. One of electrical plugs did work so had to move phone... More

Every room has a terrific view and the staff here is as friendly as a possible. Room was comfortable but really needs attention. This was my second stay and the complaints are still the same. What does it take to do a little extra cleaning? This is lake country I know but nobody expects a bathroom light fixture full of... More

I stayed at the Lakeview Lodge about 4 years ago. I really enjoyed it then, but it was even better this time. First and foremost, the room and the lodge were very clean. After a couple of days at Quartz Mountain Lodge the nights before our stay at Lakeview, we were amazed at the difference in quality and cleanliness. Lakeview... More

We stayed at Lakeview Lodge one night on our way from Texas to Branson. I called from the road and reserved a room from a very nice lady. Customer service here is top notch. I believe they are all Oklahoma State Parks employees. The room is very basic with a rustic feel to the furnishings. Low end motel. The draw... More

The view is priceless and breathtaking. Our room had very basic furnishings and amenities - a clean bed, a clean bathroom and clean towels. The property looks almost like a motel. There's free breakfast, but I would recommend eating offsite. The elevator wasn't working during our stay but there are only 2 stories and easily accessible stairs so it wasn't... More

Awesome view of the lake, the picture of the deer are between our balcony and the lake... Beautiful!!!! You get to see the duck tour drive by your room and into the lake right out your back door. The duck tour is highly recommended.

We've stayed at the Lakeview Lodge the last 2 times we came to Beavers Bend State Park. Looks like they made some upgrades between visits. Rooms are clean and functional and advertised with a Million Dollar View - every room looks over Broken Bow Lake. Our room this time had a partially obstructed view of the Lake because of a... More

We booked a 3 night stay at Lakeview Lodge midweek. We requested a patio room on the ground floor and received room #52...just perfect for our needs. The room was large with rustic furnishings, 2 queen beds, microwave, mini fridge and a small but functional bath. Although the room is older, it was immaculate and cleaned daily. The A/C worked... This is not the Ritz, but the view of the lake is just beautiful. I think we had forgotten how quiet life is outside the City! We were surprised to find a Continental breakfast included as it wasn't mentioned on anything we saw. Enjoyed the swallows building a nest on our balcony.
