Owner acted like it put him out when we asked for our window to lock! Who the f doesn't want a locked window? It seriously didn't have a latch! He huffed, gave us an attitude and put a screw in the frame! Walked out and said, "there. Locked window". What the actual f! Sticky carpets, smokey smell. Just gross. Don't. Stay. Here. Spend the extra. We're only staying because we are guests of someone and every hotel is sold out. I don't even want to lay on the bed and I'm not taking my shoes off......And wtf is that smeared on the wall?

The room was not clean, even after a second cleaning when we arrived. The room phone, television, and hair dryer did not work. Staff fixed the television, but had to be asked three times to do it. Management were rude and surly, not helpful at all. Lights in stairwell did not function. Could not be sure that proper covid precautions were taken for guest safety. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the experience was not worth the budget price of the room. Corporate and the local health department should audit this property.

Working in area very economical for travelers and workers wanting to budget.Conveniently located on Hgwy 75 just north of Frank Phillips. Good water pressure,clean bathroom.Park in front of your door. 1 restraunt next door and many on hgwy.Staff very nice helpful with directions.

I came to town for a wedding and selected this hotel. It is run down dirty and the proprietor is down right rude. When I asked for the Internet password he barked at me and I thanked him and he just walked away. They've attempted to update the rooms but I can tell my door has been previously kicked in. The mirrors are dirty the floors are dusty the furniture is dusty. The bathroom is marginal at best. I hate to think what the spots are on the decorative bed cover. The dust behind the small sofa is an inch thick. Save your money and select a hotel anywhere but here.

We stayed at this motel because I had stayed there many years ago, but I won't go back. Price was reasonable, but lots of little things that were not the same as I remember. Morning breakfast was VERY limited to coffee & OJ, & cereal. Faucet in bathroom was stuck on hot and was not fixed while we were there. TV had to be "rebooted" & new batteries to work. AC unit control knobs did not all work , so setting the temp in the room was difficult. For having very few people at this place, next door neighbors got in to big fight middle of the night - resident mgr did nothing that I could tell to control the situation one night. Ok lets be fair - the shower pressure was good - bu that won't bring me back

Stayed in this hotel when we came down for the Tom Mix western heritage weekend. Clean rooms, Friendly service, no coffee pot or refrigerator in the rooms. However it is easy to get to any place you want.

I stay here for weeks at a time for about half of the year. Clean rooms, most of them have been renovated. Good WiFi, cable TV with HBO, mini fridge, and microwave. King bed rooms have a desk chair with foot rest and a pull out couch.

Customer service was good. That's all. The motel is in bad bad need of renovation. The carpet needs replaced. New linen is a must. A major pressure washing of the whole place is needed and painting.

We left a new bottle of shampoo and body wash call 4hrs later toget on our way back though, they toss the stuff left, you dont even have a chance to clam anything, he was rude gave me a king size bed for 3 adults and one child he said i agreed, now why would i agreed ro that!
