The lodging is in a convenient location; you can walk to downtown and to the adjacent park. The suite is appointed with a kitchenette and the accoutrements needed for simple meal prep, the bed is comfortable, the shower is well designed and there is lots of space for sitting - something not often seen in this type of setup. There is also a deck for relaxation and fresh air. A good choice.

These suites are a lovely selection of four different rooms (on two different streets) with easy walking access to the central district. Clean, practical, and simple entry are highlights. Owner is responsive without being invasive. Clear instructions and comfortable rooms are not as easy to find as one would think. A treasure!

The place was conveniently located in Yellow Springs within walking distance to food and entertainment. Easy booking, great communication! Clean and convenient! We will book again next time we are in town. Beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed!

Our last min trip to yellow springs to see a show and luckily found this place to stay. As someone who has a cleaning company that part is VERY important to me. (Including location and safe area to stay) this hit them all. VERY clean! If you are there to enjoy this little town Ohio and or going to see a comedy show this is a great choice to stay! Thank you!! Ps. Trying to find a chain hotel in nearest city in either direction from yellow springs without going into Dayton are not good options

Great clean place with all you need for your stay. Walking distance to downtown and lots of great places in Yellow Springs. Love that check in and out is over the phone via text and doors are closed so no key to lose.

Cozy studio with excellent features and convenience. I’d go to this idyllic town and stay in this delightful accommodation just to get away from the cookie cutter places that dot American highways. Town has a warm, counter culture feel. Great beer and coffee nearby.

Yellow Springs is a great place to visit, but lodging is difficult to find in town when you are traveling with a family or friends. We had my elderly mother and four adult children with us. We had two rooms, the spaces are studio apartments with kitchen, dinette, and bath. We LOVED the charm of the buildings and rooms. Bob (owner), sends reminders with the key code, checks in via text to welcome you and offers food/sightseeing suggestions. It was very good experience. Clean rooms, quiet and well stocked, very comfortable beds, it was simply a great experience. I strongly recommend this lodging space. It also has a great history. The Tower however, is on a 2nd floor with stairs. The space is also within a short walk to the farmers market and downtown. Great parking.

We spent a night in the Tower suite. We received an email telling us when the room was ready, with entry instructions. The suite was very roomy and perfectly clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed, including fluffy towels, a fully stocked kitchen and even Roku TV. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning/fan combination kept us cool on a very hot day. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from downtown Yellow Springs.

We wandered into yellow springs with no plans. Saw the Jailhouse Suites on trip advisor and got a last minute reservation. So glad we did:) what a great place. Clean,peaceful and equipped with anything you could need. I loved the town and state park and nature preserve that were near by. Great coffe shop, restaurants and stores within walking distance. Perfect place for a getaway plus checking in was super easy. We will definitely recommend this little gem.

Stayed in the Tower Suite. The Suite was extremely clean, well stocked with all amenities. The beds were comfortable and the pillows and towels were superb. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood in the town of Yellow Springs. Was very convenient and was a nice two block walk to town. Easily booked through their website. Thanks for the nice weekend!

The tower suite accommodates a maximum of five persons. It has a queen size bed, a queen size foldout couch and a foldout single cot. Our rates are based on two person occupancy. Additional people are $20 each. The other suites each accommodate three persons. They have a queen size bed and a foldout cot. Depending upon the ages of the children adjustments may be made.
Sorry there is no blender. However let us know when you arrive and we will have one in the room for you. When you make your reservation there is an area for special requests on the reservation page at our website. Just ask and we will make one available for your visit.
