mostly all permanent sites, reservations 60 days out and no pull thru or sewer available upon arrival. facility was clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and helpful.nice area to walk the dogs. we only spent the night.
I love that they have a pool. However if you are a member their are no perks. Public get sites before members. You are not able to reserve a site either. It is first come first serve. You can reserve that you are coming but cannot pick a site.
The campground is well maintained. There is regular monitoring by camp staff. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to family and friends. The cabin was very clean and air conditioning was on and kept us cool.
With the emphasis on leased sites/ revenue, it is becoming extremely difficult for the Thousand Trails member to find a site that is good for them. I hope someone in management revisits this decision.
Too many seasonal or long term sites and insufficient short term sites for members. The current strategy of pursuing long term or seasonal income is counter to the goal of membership sales. I find the trend disheartening.
