We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Cleveland area. It's very well located, the sites are reasonably spaced and it was pleasant and quiet. There are grocery stores and shopping nearby and the trip to Cleveland to do some sight seeing was quite manageable.

We spent 2 nights here, so that we could visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is about 20-30 minutes away. This is a very large KOA, with a fishing lake, nice sites, cable TV worked alright, but the Wi-Fi was on and off and mostly not very usable. The sites seem level, but there was an active hornet's nest hanging from a tree across from our camp site. We informed management about it upon our arrival but it was still there when we left, and we're sure that it could ruin someone's day. There is a nice store here, plenty of helpful staff, and everyone there seemed friendly.

Not worth the money. Boggy buggy sites. Unusable WiFi, marginal bathrooms. The redeeming qualities were that it is near the freeway and the staff were helpful and friendly. If the sites and roads had been maintained a little better, I think it would be doable for more than one night. As far as KOA’s go, this was less than average.

I’ve been to a lot of KOAs - all over the country- most are very nice. But this one is a dump. We had a cabin ... the door wouldn’t open/close correctly - it scraped across the floor. It wouldn’t lock from the outside and took two people to lock from the inside. All of the mattresses were stained. The cabin was dirty with bugs. The A/C didn’t work. The showers were a mess. My in-laws stayed in the cabin next to us and had the same problems...except they had a SKUNK (seriously) living under their cabin. With all the great places to camp/stay, I don’t understand why anyone would pay money to stay here. Joke was on me this time...don’t make the same mistake. We couldn’t get out of their soon enough.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend here for Fourth of July and WOW! We were blown away by how amazing this campground is. Upon entering you immediately notice both the fun and the serenity surrounding the grounds. The heated pool, smell of homemade fudge, and camp activities signs make you feel like you are really on vacation (even though we were local!). We stayed in a six person cabin and immediately made plans to come back in August with friends. Whether your coupled up, a group of friends, a young family, or in retirement this is a beautiful campsite for you! We honestly never got bored, and wish we stayed longer. The friendliness and kindness of those caring for the campground made me wish I had a second home there. We will definitely be coming back for more trips this summer, even if it’s just for the day (only 7$ for an adult). Camping/Glamping is incredible here. Definitely check this site out whether it’s a pit stop or your full stay, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you SO MUCH KOA!! -Melissa
