This place should be avoided! Calling this a Convention Center is the equivalent of laying a piece of plywood on a pair of sawhorses and calling it a banquet table. It sits off the road in a poorly lit area and is badly in need of repairs and updating. We reserved a room with two beds and requested a rollaway for a week-end visit. Upon arrival we found no rollaway in the room. When we contacted the desk an extremely rude and agitated woman said the room was too small for a rollway and then changed her story to “none available”. We did not choose the room and our reservation was made days in advance so neither excuse was valid. She informed me that we could sleep in the two beds. I have medical issues that make it necessary that I do not share a bed. It is certainly not the privilege of a hotel operator to dictate sleeping arrangements for guests. When pressed she demanded we leave or she would call the police. We told her we intended to stay and at that point a man approached the desk and allowed us to check in. We ended up sending one of the children to spend the night with a relative. Poor security is a big issue with the place. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and a woman sitting behind the wheel of a car seemed to be passed out. The entry panel to the building did not work so anyone could access the building. The locking handle to a patio door that led to the atrium and pool area was broken and dangling from the door so there was no way to secure our room.. After one night we elected to not stay a second. When we checked out the clerk told us it was not possible to get a printed receipt. Now I know why. A day later an email came showing we were charged for both nights. This receipt that we were not allowed to see until after the fact contains policy information we were not provided at time of reservation, check in, or check out. We have complaints filed with the credit card company, Quality Inn offices, and the Choice Privileges Rewards Program. This place should be renamed the Poor Quality Inn.

The apartment was very nice. Though situated in an old building, the apartment itself had quite modern fixtures and furnishings. It was spacious with 3 large bedrooms, kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and living area. Initially, it was a struggle carrying our luggage upstairs when we arrived, but not so tough bringing it down when we departed. Our host, Loredana was there to greet us when we first arrived. She gave us good instructions about the apartment and left us with a map and information to help us get around Rome. She also left us with several starter packs, such as nibblies and drinks. The apartment was conveniently located very close to the underground railway station at Lepanto which is only a few stops from Rome Termini and central Rome. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Location was a bit far from center, yet the underground and bus station are just 5 mins walk. The room has no fridge, and they don’t offer to keep sealed food in the hotel fridge. Me and my friend have food intolerances and we can’t eat normally so we need to buy what suits us. the receptionist didn’t know how to buy and underground ticket or even guided us what to do.

To start, It took about 15 minutes to get checked in because they were cashing out a large party and only one desk attendant knew how to check someone in. I noticed as I was waiting that there was a very strong chlorine odor in the air from the pool I assumed. Once I checked in, I walked down the hallway as I heard dogs barking and jumping at the doors of the rooms I was passing by, so it was clear to me that they accept animals. . It looked as it they were trying to make the place look nicer by painting the walls but the paint job was not very good. When I entered my room, it was neat and smelled clean. It appeared to have been painted recently but they painted over all the cracks in the walls and ceiling instead of fixing them. After settling into the room, I decided to explore the place. I walked out of my room down the hall to barking dogs once again. I went to check out the pool and it looked pretty nice. The rest of the place was filthy. Carpets were horribly stained, paint was peeling off walls and ceilings, rusty beams, etc. Although I was not thrilled with the place, I decided to stay. When I got into bed for the night, I noticed two cockroaches crawling down the wall. I immediately got up, smashed the roaches, and packed up to check out. I encountered another roach crawling in the hallway as I went to the front desk. I asked for a refund but the girl told me I would have to call back the next day to speak to a manager which I have yet to do. So, bottom line, stay away from this place, it’s horrible.

My wife, mother and I stopped here on our way back home after a visit to Missouri. Start with the positives--The rooms were very affordable, 2 rooms and we spent less then $180 total. The rooms were clean and didn't have any big issues with dirt or noise or anything like that. They had a pool and a relatively decent sized gym (maybe 5-6 pieces of equipment). They also provided a breakfast. Now the negatives--We weren't able to figure out the hairdryer. Not sure if it worked and we weren't able to operate it or if it was broken. The pool had semi-restricted hours. We were at the hotel for about 12 hours and the pool was closed the whole time. We had a door directly from our room to the pool (cool) but after I opened it to show my wife, we weren't able to lock it again (not as cool). The gym was closed. I don't remember if it gave a reason but it wasn't an issue of operating hours, just closed. The breakfast was 2 types of cereal, waffles, 1 type of juice I think. We had stayed at a different Quality Inn on the same trip and had 4 types of cereal, 4 juices, muffins, eggs, sausage and biscuits in addition to what this one had. Overall it was a good stay but so many spots that seemed like it could have been so much better.

This is one of the worse experience I done had out of an hotel. They have me a room First with no Wi-Fi and microwave and tried to argue with me. So finally they switch my room and give me a room with roaches infested with them. Then when I go to the front desk and tell them about it they. Was so rude. And basically told me And say f me. Just a heads up the management is rude the staff in general I want to go about suing them. For even being that dirty, and so rude.

Only stayed in Munich for one night but was super happy with my stay! The room was super clean and looked new, had all the amenities you might need and very thick curtains which meant that even though it had many big windows, sleeping was not an issue at all. A bit pricey and a bit further out from the centre, but would definitely recommend!

Hotel was very clean and well kept. No idea when it was actually built but it has been very well maintained - so you could have told me it was very recently built and I would have believed it. We had two rooms for the 4 of us (two teenagers and difficult to find a family room with 3 beds in Munich). We booked one twin classic room (2 teenagers) and one Double comfort (Mom and Dad). We were on floor 2 (third floor by European count). The classic room was typical Euro (small) but workable for our teenagers. The Double Comfort room was very nicely sized and worth the few extra Euros with the seating area. AirCon in twin classic room worked excellent. AirCon in Double Comfort room was passable but didn’t cool as well as the smaller room. Getting there: Easier to take S1/S8 from airport and transfer to U4 at Karlstrasse w/ a lot of luggage. Check Apple or Google Maps but also be aware the bus stops can be tricky to find when you are getting oriented with the public transport. Having said that, Bus or Tram may be faster/easier to get to things that are not down in Central Munich (Marienplatz, Karlstrasse) once you have dumped your luggage. Especially to Englischer Gardens etc. Hotel Staff: The staff was generally helpful. Some were much more helpful than others. The person who checked us in was the least helpful and really didn’t want to share much information, but this was an exception. We did not book our room with breakfast included. If they have a reasonable rate for pre-booking it may be convenient as it did look quite nice, but 19 Euro/person (per day) seemed too much at check-in so we decided to fend for ourselves. Helpful things to know: Several bakeries in area just steps from hotel (small shopping plaza en route to Ubahn station and also in Tempe U-Babb station itself). Also pharmacies, grocery (Rewe), and convenience store. There are also some restaurants in same plaza (Indian, Asian, Italian). There is an Aldi, an Italian restaurant (L’Osteria) and a bakery in opposite direction from the hotel/shopping plaza. Easy walk if you cut through the office park. The Rewe and Aldi have drinks and snacks much cheaper than you will find anywhere else. There is also a Paulanar Biergarten behind the Westin Grand (short walk) which has good reviews and looked quite nice, but we didn’t find it open during our stay. NOTE: Most things are closed on Sunday (even many restaurants near the hotel. Plan ahead and it's very workable.

This place is outdated, and u can tell the second u walk into your room! Curtains have holes in the them, carpet looks dirty, the mirror is chipped and ugly. The breakfast if your picky like me... 2 types of cereal, 2 types of tiny muffins, oranges, bananas, apples, oh and waffles. They allow pets, a Plus if your traveling with, A nightmare if your stuck in the room beside them!! Pet owners should all be stuck in one hallway so as to no disturb those of us trying to sleep with no pets! No towels when we first arrived. The outside doors didn't lock. The worst was the light and Noise coming from the parking lot all night! The only thing I can say Good about this Stay was that I Got a Great HOT shower!
