The staff was not friendly, the water worked for only a short time and then went out for the rest of the night, and the train crossing is very close resulting in train noise all hours. We only stayed there because we could not find anything else nearby. A Walmart would have been better.

This is the shabbiest campground I have ever seen. Mostly decrepit RVs permanently jammed together; just a few open camp sites near the pond of water (to call this place a "beach" is a joke). But the worst aspect was the traffic ROAR from I-70 only 400 yards away, plus the nearby train tracks. The worst possible place to expect... More

We have never encountered a campground like this one. First, let me say that the owners or managers seemed like very nice people but from the moment we checked in & dealt with one of their employees we were not impressed. Enon Beach is a campground that is EZ on, EZ off to I-70 and 13 miles from I-75. Pull thru sites, full hookup, 50 amps. We are the closest campground to the National Air Force museum. Good fishing and natural (chlorine free) lake swimming. Restaurants, gas, and groceries available in nearby Enon (1 mile) Laundromat, hot showers, propane exchange available. Physically accessible to the Mad River, but no ramp, recommend launch and pickup at Mad River Adventures. Pets OK on a leash, (no Pit bulls or Staffordshires or aggressive dogs please.) And a dog beach. Room to walk, run, bicycle, and relax. ... more   less
