Our romantic national historical registered Inn has the feel of being dropped into a Norman Rockwell painting, but offers the charm and amenities of turn of the century opulence. Each of our rooms has its own chronicle that preserves over a century of history, honoring craftsmanship and paying tribute to noteworthy people who settled Sebring. The Mansion also features banquet and meeting facilities.

My wife surprised me with a trip here for our 35th wedding anniversary. This place is literally 30 minutes from our home and I had no idea it existed. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many elegant 5 star accommodations. This is quite possibly the finest place we have ever stayed. Let’s start with the staff. We were greeted by Robin. She immediately made us feel right at home and was genuinely glad to have us there. She showed us to our suite and gave us a tour of the mansion. Wow, what a place! Then she took our drink orders and brought us a scrumptious cheese plate. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails and walked around the place. They have wonderful indoor and outdoor pools. However we didn’t bring our bathing suits ( our bad). Now let’s talk dinner. You have to preorder which my wife did as it was a surprise. Plus, after 35 years of marriage she knows what I like. Fran was our server. There was only one other couple staying at the Inn that night. A very delightful husband and wife who enjoyed the place so much they extended their stay another night. Back to Fran. I can’t think of a thing she could have done to make our meal more enjoyable. We began with an eggplant parmesan appetizer, followed by a salad and a sorbet intermezzo. For the main course my wife ordered the filet for me. It was perfectly prepared by chef Carrie and accompanied by grilled zucchini and roasted potatoes. My wife had the seafood St. Jacques with the same accompaniments. For dessert we had New York cheesecake with raspberries. Carrie is very talented and our meal was outstanding. If I have one criticism and believe me it is minor, I wish they had a wine list. In lieu of that I wish they had some high end wines. I would have gladly paid $200 for a wine to complement this outstanding meal! The next morning there was fresh coffee and tea waiting outside our suite. We enjoyed it on the balcony. Then we went for a walk around the neighborhood to work up an appetite for breakfast. It’s a darn good thing we did. Our waitress was Susie. What a delightful young lady. We had a great conversation with her about the history of the Inn. Now let me tell you about breakfast. It was again prepared by Chef Carrie. It began with a fruit and yogurt parfait along with a piece of caramel strudel. Next came the main course. It was one half pumpkin waffle, bacon, and their famous potato quiche. I’m ashamed to admit that I not only ate all of mine but that I helped my wife finish hers. Let me finish by attempting to describe our accommodations. My wife would be much better at this part. We had a suite on the second floor overlooking the gardens. It had a jacuzzi tub in the middle and was spectacularly furnished. It also had a fireplace which would be awesome in the winter. The shower was to die for...rainfall with side jets! I cannot wait to return!

Wow! I booked the Inn for our 35th wedding anniversary to surprise my husband. Since I wanted to stay in Ohio at someplace intimate and not many people since we are still in the middle of Covid-19 concerns, the Sebring Mansion was above and beyond all of my expectations! It was a 30 minute drive for us. The moment we pull up the drive, the charm and elegance exudes from here. We were greeted my the innkeeper on duty, Robin. She showed us the room (we stayed in the Sebring Suite), took our drink order and made us feel right at home. The room was luxuriously appointed with period decor, whirlpool bath, multi-hit walk-in shower, walk-out balcony, wifi, flat screen TV with music and movies, a rose and candies. A cheese plate arrived soon after we settled in. The spa wasn't opened since Covid shutdown, bit looked amazing with massage and treatment rooms, sauna, small pool. You choose your dinner selection prior to your arrival and your dinner and breakfast times. The food was amazing from Chef Carrie. The large breakfast was just as yummy as the dinner. Robin, Fran and Susie were all very professional. Masks were available at the entrance as well as hand sanitizer. We also received a booklet of the history of the Inn and Sebring Family as well as the extensive restoration and addition by Lynn Biery. We will be back!

Oh my gosh, can't say enough about how great this place is! No kids allowed, but it was a GREAT sanctuary for my husband and I to have a weekend with no kids. Started out with a fruit and cheese plate when we got there, delicious and such a nice touch! Got the couples massage, it was very good, but a little on the too pricey side. The people there are so so very nice and kind and try to attend to your every need. We were served whatever we liked at the pool and hot tub, which were both very comfortable even in the winter. The hot tub is outside and is very nice in the winter. The pool is inside and is also heated! They have not forgotten a single detail! Every inch of the place is so beautiful! All the food from the dinner to the wonderful breakfast was absolutely delicious as well! We were also brought a couple of beautiful designer cookies to take home with us. Just awesome! The bed was super comfortable as well!! Would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place!

My daughter, from Columbus area, and I, from Florida, spent 3 nights at The Sebring Mansion in November. From the moment we arrived to this stunning Mansion, we were mesmerized! Our visit was near the winter holiday season and the decor was stunning! It was like entering into a magical holiday scene. Our room had it's own beautiful Christmas tree and fireplace with stockings. It was an absolutely gorgeously decorated room with an amazingly comfortable bed. There was a door out to the balcony and when there was a fresh blanket of new fallen snow, one morning, I opened the door and stepped out in it and it was like being a child, again. We even swam in the awesomely decorated outdoor pool in the cold winter night. How fun for making memories! The staff were more like friends and family always catering to every need, even without asking! The meals were always elegant and there was always an evening cheese and snack tray with wine waiting for us. I will always treasure the memories made there with my daughter, we laughed, we reminisced and enjoyed each other like never before. We look forward to making this our annual mother/daughter getaway treat! Thank you to all our new friends at The Sebring Mansion who enhanced our stay at this most stunning treasure.
