Our family of four visited Kalahari for Canadian March school break. We booked a groupon mid week sty which provided good value. We have been to Kalahari in Pennsylvania and once before at Sandusky four years ago. We were surprised how well the water park and hotel has been

I stayed here about a week ago and the staff was amazing. Connor, the front office manager, made sure my family was taken care of throughout our entire stay. He helped my 6 year old son put on his wristband and assured him that if it bugged him he could take it off and get a new

We stayed over winter break, Presidents’ Day. We had a great rate on the suite we always get. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Arcade was fun. When we rented a regular cabana they price gouged us. We paid over $500 for a cabana by the wave pool. The last time we stayed (a

Could anyone tell me if thongs or cheeky bottoms are aloud for woman at Kalahari resort in Sandusky? Thanks
It's a family resort so I would doubt it. They also have posted if they find your swim wear inappropriate they have the right to ask you to leave. I would stick with the whole "family resort" aspect and be respectful by covering your bum 😉

No thongs are allowed. You have children there so no revealing bathing suits are allowed.

Yes, they have a few shops that sell all kinds of bathing suits and swim shorts. We didn't take any swimming attire, so they said a t shirt and shorts were fine. Had a great time and the wave pool is a must!

Yes, no one inspects you. Many ppl bring in food and drinks. A half glass of cheap Moscato was $7+. I'd bring my own, it was Lindman and its basically $10 at the grocery store.
