If you are going to cedar point and going to be out all day and dead tired when you return then stay otherwise run. It is dirty a premium site is not up to KOA standards. There is a train that goes by about every 15 minutes and YES at night too and blows its horn. There are hundreds of... More

It was a nice campground. We have liked every KOA that we have stayed at. Our only issues was that there wasn't as much grass so it made our site muddy and that's where we ended up having to put our tent, in the muddy area. Overall will be back again when we come down to CP!

The campground advertises level sites, Wifi, cable, etc. We have stayed at KOA's all over the country and this is the second to worst campground we have ever stayed at and left after one night although we paid for two. We paid $67.50 per night's stay for a site that was less than mediocre and just terrible comparable to many,... More

Stayed here Halloween weekend. There were 5 of us . 2 adults & 3 kids . Three bedroom trailer we stayed in were ok but 2 bedroom trailers were nicer . Loved they had a special stay second night 1/2 off . Campground felt safe . Liked that Halloween trick or treating the kids rode in a train & people... More

Very close to the park, clean decent KOA. The campers are packed in a little tight but there are trees and you can walk up and see the bay. Great for little kids-- crafts, pool, jumping pillow, and basketball court, tiny arcade and volleyball net for teens.

Pro: cleanish bathrooms, good pancakes, nice bay view, cheap ice cream, friendly staff Con: located in a run down neighborhood, no escort to site, grounds are mostly a gravel lot, sites are very narrow, the bay view is only about 50 feet wide with two benches, two pools but one was super crowded and the other was closed and green.

Stayed with my son at the facility. Wasn't bad. The Kabin was nice. Decent activities for the kids. Second pool almost done which will help with the overcrowded one they have now not uncommon to have 30-40 ppl on a hot day in the water. Not complaining but think it would be nice if the fishing pond opened earlier than... More

This KOA is average at best. The one thing it has going for it is that it is close to Cedar Point. The sites are so close together. I had read other reviews about the loud trains that go by but I didn't pay much attention since our ac drowns out a lot of noise. But I will say that... More

We were EXTREMELY disappointed to find out at check in that were not allowed access to the bay of lake or anywhere near the water because someone had rented out the entire section by the lake for their birthday party and it was fenced off. We probably should have just left at that point, but we had been driving for... More

We stayed one night here and with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and a very quiet tenting area it was exactly what I hoped for! The bay overlook area was a bit under-whelming but we were surprised by how pleasant this quieter KOA was!
