We are a family owned campground establish in 1968. Our campground has a city campground atmosphere. We do have a train that runs by our property. Lake Erie is our backyard. Closest campground to Cedar & Sports Force. Looking for a fun family getaway then look no further (pedal cart rentals, jump pillow, gem mine, paintball, archery, 2 pools, basketball court, horseshoes, bag toss, volleyball, bike path/ walking trail, activities program for all ages, Pete's Treats snack shop, and more) next time you think of camping, think of us because we are always thinking of you.

What an amazing KOA, best one we have stayed at. Large sites, fire pit, concrete pads, tables and rocking bench on all sites. The KOA hosted a Hawaiian theme family day with crafts, ice cream party, pig roast, and live music and dance. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. Thank you!!

I stayed for four nights on Memorial Day weekend with my family in our 37 foot travel trailer. We had a back in site that they said was 60 feet long and was actually only 50 feet long. Regardless, it did have a very nice patio and was still big enough to park our camper and boat on. Overall though, I felt the campground was dirtier than most other KOAs, including the playground area and bathrooms/showers. There was not a welcoming feel either that we’ve always felt at other KOA properties including the check in process and from many of the other campers there. They have security at the campground as well, but they were never at their post at the entrance it seemed. The store and restaurant were small, but still had anything you might need. The campground definitely has potential, but just didn’t meet our standards we’ve come to expect from KOAs when it comes to cleanliness and amenities.

Adequate and enjoyable accommodations for a weekend getaway. Rented a couple of large cabins with 3 bedrooms. Everything was as described so as long as you understand what you are renting, you should be content. Nice grills and outdoor fire pit areas. Recommended for families. Very close to the park and food. Great staff including security.

Stayed 2 nights here with my teenagers for a weekend at Cedar Point. Super super close to the park which was a perk and it was cheaper than the local hotels. Much nicer too in my opinion. We didn't get to do any of the camp activities or use the pool, but it all looked like a lot of fun. We stayed in a rustic cabin, which was perfect for the 3 of us. Beds were comfy enough. Staff was super nice and efficient. We didn't order any breakfast, but it sure smelled good. Only downfall is the amount of rain we got, some of the cabins were flooded in. We got lucky and ended up on the good side. We will for sure be coming back for our next trip to Cedar Point. Pretty sure I am done with the over priced hotels in the area.

We were here for 2 nights sandwiching in cedar point. This is a very busy campground, with lots of kids! They have so many activities and fun things for the kids. Keep that in mind when booking. This isnt a getaway campground, it is right on the road to cedar point, it is busy and pretty noisy until quiet time at 11pm. They have a very good snack bar to get some things to eat. We partook of the breakfast specials, french toast sticks and pancakes. They were very good! If you need a campsite to stay in while you visit cedar point, and you cant stomach their hotel prices, this is a great option. Especially if you have kids! 2 pools btw, with adult only swims in the morning.
