This was our first time to stay at Cedar Park. We'd definitely be back when we come back this way. One of the cleanest parks and nicest we've stayed. Very quiet place and is great place to stay to enjoy Cedar Point Park and Soak City. Make reservations early. The bathhouse is clean but there are only four bathrooms with... More

Very well maintained (though relatively expensive from a campground perspective with $ per night not much different than hotel) full hookup campsites on property of Cedar Point in Sandusky OH. No tent camping allowed, nor are campers permitted to have campfires or bicycles to ride through campground. BBQ grill and picnic table at each site. We stay here annually for... More

This was a family trip to Cedar Point, with an overnight stay at the campground. We had a great time. Each campsite was nicely sized, with fully grown bushes to provide privacy from the people camping around you. While we were in the park, we got caught in a huge rainstorm. We walked back to the campground, dried everything in... More

We recently stayed in a deluxe cabin at Lighthouse Point for my daughter's birthday. We were able to accommodate 8 girls and myself comfortably. I plan on doing this again next summer...this was the perfect way to experience Cedar Point! I wanted to set up a candy buffet and brought a folding table but there was no room to place... More

We loved staying at the the campground and in a deluxe cabin, loved being right beside the park even though we were right there we really didn't hear all the park excitement while we aware at the cabin, plus we could walk back and forth to the park from our cabin and it helped save money because we would walk... We came in last weekend on Friday morning - left Sunday afternoon. Check in went well - lot was ready around noon which helped us. Got plugged in, plumbing/elec/sewer. Sewer pipe didn't fit snug - they added a metal bar and bolt ( not sure why ) so I had to improvise. Made it work. Pad was nice concrete /... More

Our family has been coming to the campground to enjoy Cedar Point for twelve years. It is great to be able to get into the park an hour earlier than the rest of the crowd to hit the favorite rides first. Camping along side the roller coasters is a thrill! Nice, clean facilities. The counter staff are extremely helpful. It... More

Well manicured grass and lawn. we have stayed here many times. My first complaint would be reservations. You can't request your site. Many sites do not accommodate big rigs. Trees all over which make it hard to maneuver into sites. We had to pull through the grass to get into our site. Neighbors were put into a very small/short site... More

We just stayed here for the third time--we really enjoy it. It's nice that resort guests get into the park one hour before the public. The pool area has a large pool, water playground, and hot tub. It's relaxing to walk out onto the pier and look at the lake/watch the boats go by. We travel w/our pets so it's... More

We just stayed here for four nights, and overall, had an enjoyable experience. I will list the pros and cons that I found during our stay: PROS: -This is a beautifully landscaped park, and every site has a cement pad with a generous sized picnic table, a grill, and full hook-ups, including cable. -CONVENIENCE: With the free shuttle service to...
