The staff was very friendly! The location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants and bars! We were able to walk everywhere and really enjoyed the Fire Truck Bar. We also ate at TJ's and the food was delicious!!

As far as I know, pretty much all of the hotels on the island require a 2-night stay minimum during the summer season. I don't know if the smaller inns/b&b's do, you may want to check on some of those.
