Room: 734 The men at reception are super lovely, especially May who served us at check in. The service is prompt and very friendly. Hotel is so clean and looks better than the photos! There’s a beautiful scent when you walk into the lobby also, the vibe was perfect! We chose a suite with a high ceiling (at the older section of the building facing the main road) - good thing with high ceiling rooms that it doesn't me feel so claustrophobic. Location was excellent, right smack in the city and walking distance to all the shopping Mall of AMBARUKMO PLAZA, cafes and the high street. You can see photoshoots of wedding couples with their professional photographer almost every other day. My family and I celebrated our chinese new year and we got a complimentary dessert and card from the general manager sent to our room. 10/10 can’t wait to stay here again! The architecture and ID was kept simple, and retained much of the old colonial design language. Overall it deserves my honest 5 star ranking.…

food experience in this hotel was so delightful, you must try their healthy drink (jamu) and soto tangkar in their in room dining menu. the staff were really helpful with me that need to store my breastmilk into freezer. thank you!

Best hotel to stay in Yogyakarta. Lovely ambience. Great food and Hospitality. Location is near the airport and if you want to buy supplies for your trip there's a plaza just beside the hotel. 9/10 for me. I will come back for sure.

We had a tremendous stay at this fine hotel. The staff were absolutely tremendous. The same could be said about the food and beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will surely return there. Also the live music in the lobby is a nice feature of this hotel.

Right at the lobby, the security do nothing to help us...ignoring our arrival and no personnel to help with our luggage. They talk with unfriendly tone and didnt look happy to welcome us. Receptionist was excellent..helping with our needs during check in and check out and fast response. Hotel facilities was great but looks outdated. Breakfast was outstanding. One of the best breakfast in a 5 stars hotel.

All the staffs are friendly, staffs at the restaurant too, they help my 5 year old child to take food while im breakfasting, easy and fast check in and check out. little minus : the wudhu place is a bit far from the mushalla.
