the shuttle service was conducted on the whim of the shuttle driver I was left to look for a ride to the hotel after working overtime, this was after we were assured that we would be provided with a ride to and from work. Would recommend bringing your own transportation.
We were moving in between homes and the date we needed to be out did not line up with when we could move in so we stayed here. Beds were comfy and service was great. If looking to use the pool or hot tub, call before you book as the Hilton app does not identify if they are closed.
Hilton should be embarrassed to have this is one of their properties. We stayed for one night and never saw an employee working. We used the digital key to access our room thankfully. The heat was broken in our room but since nobody works at this hotel we could not tell anybody to change rooms. The floor in our bathroom was never swept from the previous guest and there was urine and fecal matter all over the wall behind the toilet. We went to check out the pool but it had a disgusting sheen on the top surface in the Jacuzzi was out of order. Given the cleanliness issues of our room I would not ever consider stepping into the pool. In the morning continental breakfast was available and the coffee was hot. Again we never saw anybody at the desk to check out so I did it through the app on my phone. There are plenty of other hotels in the area which would Fairway better than this dump…
In booking this hotel last minute after listing our home for sale, we needed a few days to stay with our pets to stay out of the house. The staff let us do early check in & put us on a quiet end of the ground floor. They provided us great info on a possible early check out which we ended up doing. The free breakfast was wonderful, the hotel common areas were immaculate, our room was very nice & well prepared, & the staff was extremely accommodating & super friendly! I highly recommend anyone looking at hotels in the Marysville area! 5 stars all day!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Room door wouldn’t shut. State competition and have always used Hilton, very disappointed when staff said they would find us a new room they never followed up. Toilet paper holder was so loose the lapsed fell off. Couldn’t sleep with the hall light shining in room and people very loud. Reported twice and nothing was done.
Not recommend the room was gross, the lady placed us in a different room so we had problems with that as welll. We are attempted to speak to the manager and was told they wasn’t there and they would contact us and still haven’t heard from them.
This is a very modern and clean hotel renovated three years ago. King room was large with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Room had refrigerator and a microwave. Hot breakfast. Easy check in and check out
Finally ! Pay off at the end of my long day and night of driving through horrendous traffic,unfamiliar area.and lost time ! A welcoming, kind and friendly face yet professional and Sweet young lady . Hailey M to the rescue ! She made sure I had a place to recharge for tomorrow's journey home. Above and beyond, Thank you Hailey M !

While the room was clean it was obviously an older hotel. Signs all over the hotel indicated mask were required but few employees were wearing them. Whirlpool’s heater was broken (water was cold). The shower in the room leaked and bathroom door wouldn’t close and had very little hot water for showering. Not up to Hampton standards.
