Not recommended at all. Aside from the room having visible debris on the worn carpet, the blinds didn’t close properly and the shower was lukewarm at best. Room was visibly run down. Receptionist seemed completely disinterested in the issues when they were reported.
As I stated earlier this hotel advertised swimming pool, jacuzzi and breakfast both pool and jacuzzi out of service and due to one person calling in sick breakfast was cancelled on our departure day. I never would’ve chosen this place had I known about these issues.
We always stay at this location when visiting Lima! Front desk was friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast during Covid. I've stayed at other hotels that don't serve half of what Country Inn and Suites serve! Our girls love the fresh baked cookies every day. The hotel is comfortable and the location is convenient!
Pool was empty, hot tub empty room had a oder of cigarette smoke, breakfast wasn't the best. Could be because of Covid not sure don't think we will stay there again prefer Comfort inn or Hampton but both were fully booked.
There was parking for a truck or 3. The morning staff were very kind & there were a few hot selections for b/fast. The hotel is slightly dated w/ some older furniture pieces but the bed was plenty comfortable & there was a fridge & micro in room. The bathroom was modern & clean. My room was nice & quiet & I was given a top floor room when I requested it. The pool & h/tub were completely empty due to covid. There was a fitness center. I didn’t have any complaints w/soever. I would recommend this hotel. Be blessed & be courteous to one another. You reap what you sow.
Front desk very friendly.. hotel very worn & not clean.I realize Covid has put such stress on everything..maybe they should have taken the year to clean this hotel up.Wished we would have traveled North to Findley.
I had decided to stay on a Saturday evening, for a jacuzzi room. Lady was very pleasant at check in. When we got into the room extremely musky smell, hair swept behind the bathroom door and the room would not cool down quickly, we went to sleep around 11pm and heard the people above us, sounded like they were elephants, running around stomping non stop. I tried to sleep through it and the loud noise/ stomping didn’t stop until 2am. Finally was able to get sleep just to be woken up at 6am from them waking up again stomping around. I am not a “Karen” and never complain- but after spending $200+ for one night I was irritated. When checking out I waited for her to ask how my stay was and she never did, she asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes please, she was irritated with the yes. Handed me the receipt and said “have a good day”.…
During our stay of July 16/17th, 2020, my husband had a serious medical emergency. Assistant Manager Cyndi Bernard went above and beyond to help handle our issue. Cyndi and front desk attendant Selena showed such care and kindness to our family. I wish all hotels had people like these two. Our room was very clean and accommodating for our needs.
This was just to get out of the house from being cooped up due to the stay at home advisory from the state we really enjoyed the huge in room hot tub although we were not able to use the swimming pool we had fun
Family get away trip and visit with family that hasn't gotten to see in almost 5 years. Wanted to be able to be here to be with their cousins for their birthdays and had a surprise birthday party for her.
