Secluded two-person cabins that each sit on their own three to five acres - all surrounded by Hocking Hills forest. You will find an abundance of peace and quiet! Just a short drive from Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave, each cabin is comfortably furnished and offers a full kitchen and gas log fireplace. In addition, each cabin has a covered deck with hot tub, gas grill, and a fire pit.

Detailed Reviews
Very nice cabin in a beautiful setting. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed that they had bird feeders on the deck and supplied bird food. However, there are some voracious eaters so you might want to bring some of your own if you stay more than a couple of nights. You also might want to bring an extension cord for the bed room as it only has one outlet and it's under the bed. We will definitely book another stay with Journey Ridge.

My husband and I have stayed at the Birdsong cabin four times so far, and are already evaluating our options to book our fifth trip. We love the coziness and comfort of the cabin, and adore the setting. It is so private but also an easy drive to all of the best trails in Hocking Hills. The Birdsong is always clean with everything we need to prepare our own meals while enjoying a restful retreat away from home. It really is the best couples cabin and we look forward to returning soon! Uploaded a photo of the cabin at night from the firepit.

+1
My spouse and I stayed in the Woodridge Cabin. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the trails on the property, the tranquility, the hot tub and deck, and the free WiFi. The instructions for how to find and access the cabin and use the hot tub, TV and DVD player were clear and easy to follow. The cabin was nearby the Hocking Hills parks we wanted to visit.
One thing to consider about this cabin is that it is secluded and far from Logan, which is where Walmart is, along with many of the shops and canoeing/kayaking. Another thing was that the seating at the table in the cabin was not accessible to larger body types.

We stayed at the Wildwood cabin on the Journey Ridge property. The drive there was not too hard, big hills/steep drops but it made for a beautiful setting for the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The owners had great communication with the reservation as well as the cabin surroundings, how to use the hot tub/fire place and expectations while staying. The cabin had everything you need for a peaceful and restful stay. I would like to suggest a new couch as the current one is a little worn with the cushions going flat, but it did not hinder the stay at all. Great theme and décor too. This is our first stay and will likely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Woodridge at Journey Ridge! The area is very quiet and secluded. Cabin was small but had everything we needed. I would probably stay in one of the other cabins next time as the trek downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night was inconvenient.
We received excellent communication from our hosts before we arrived and I was very glad I listened to their good advice about not relying on GPS. I downloaded an offline map from Google to my iPad which worked well. My phone had no idea where we were or how to find our way to Old Man's Cave until we were well on our way.
Certainly recommended and it was an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Woodridge cabin. The hot tub on the back deck was such a nice perk. You can look out onto the hillside from there onto a beautiful view. I loved the simplistic and set-up inside the cabin. The bird feeders on the back deck was peaceful watching the birds in the morning, and the cabin isn't far from Hocking Hills state park. If rainy or snowy weather, I'd recommend a sturdy vehicle possibly with four-wheel drive if possible for some of the roads and steepness.

The location of our cabin was easy to find, tucked away perfectly amongst the trees.
The cabin was very clean, provided everything we needed and was very cozy.
We even enjoyed a small bottle of wine with dinner that the hosts left us, extremely thoughtful and appreciated.
My husband and I highly recommend this cabin to every couple. We definitely plan on returning.

This was our first visit to the Hocking Hills area and we could not have found a better place to stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to make us feel at home. The quiet and secluded location provided a much needed respite from daily life.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Wildwood cabin. Everything was clean, the cabin had everything we needed & it was very secluded and quiet. We had cell service the entire drive up (easy to find) and never had trouble at the cabin. It’s a short 15 min drive to the nearest hiking and caves. We decided to cook our own food, the kitchen items were old but usable. Would recommend JimBo’s bar and grill if you want to eat out. Some guests have started a couple of cute cabin games so that was fun! If you’re looking for a private cabin for a relaxing couples only stay this is a great place! We look forward to returning and maybe trying out some of their other cabins.
