Enjoyed a nice clean room with great amenities even during these difficult times. Scaled down breakfast was more than acceptable during pandemic. Owners are very accommodating and did everything they could to insure a great stay. Highly recommend!

We were visiting relatives in the area and wanted to stay as close as possible to optimize our time with family. Based on other positive reviews we decided to give the Hiram Inn a try. On arrival we found the grounds well kept and landscaped beautifully. As we checked in, we met Jenn and Ed, the very pleasant hosts of this well appointed historic B & B. The Daniel Tilden room, part of the original inn, was modern and comfortable. Even though the windows faced east, the curtains and shades were ample to provide privacy and block morning light. The continental breakfast included fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, various breads, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, coffee and tea. It was nice to take a walk after breakfast on the lovely campus of Hiram College. We would not hesitate to stay at the Hiram Inn if we are in the area in the future.

I was attending a nearby retreat at Camp Asbury and did not want to sleep in dorm style accommodations, so I opted to take a room at The Hiram Inn. With colonial architecture reminiscent of a rambling farmhouse, the Inn takes you back in time. The warmth and friendliness that you’re greeted by the innkeeper speaks to the entire experience. The rooms are cozy, and the bed is comfortable. It is decorated with old-school furnishings, elaborate curtains, and quilts on the bed. The room, bathroom and facility are spotlessly, clean, and every corner has furniture and knickknacks that make you think you’re in somebody’s home. The continental breakfast in the morning on the weekends is very basic but sufficient.

Room Tip:Â I was told that the first room at the very top of the stairs funnels all the noise up from reception

The hotel was spotless and comfortable. The innkeepers were helpful and friendly. This is a the perfect location if you are visiting Hiram College, seeing family in the area or just enjoying a get away. It is very quiet. The rooms are decorated in a period appropriate but not cloying manner with attention given to providing a history of the building and the area. There is a breakfast room and common area, perfect for gatherings. We definitely would stay again.

Look no further than the Hiram Inn! From the moment we walk into this picturesque B&B, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the owner Ed. He showed us our room which was tastefully decorated for the holiday season with a miniature Christmas tree and beautiful Garland over the fireplace. Yes the room included its own working fireplace which came in handy on the cold winter night. Our visit had us staying at the Hiram Inn for 5 nights which allowed us to get to know Ed a little better. Every single morning he greated us with a warm smile and every evening asked us how our day went. He also shared with us a bit of history of the property which included a beautiful piano belonging to the young family, the original property owners.
This quaint inn has it all, Comfort, beauty, incredibly welcoming owners and staff, as well as a few happy haunts from the asterial planes :-)
If you are looking for a place to stay in Hiram or the surrounding area, do yourself a favor and book a room at the Hiram Inn, you will not be disappointed... Well, maybe when it is time to say farewell at the end of your visit!

Ed and Jen always greet us warmly, make us feel like we've come home. The breakfasts are beyond our expectations. Squeaky clean rooms, comfortable beds, never heard any other guests in adjacent rooms. A very peaceful, quiet stay.

After hiking the Buckeye trail this place is an oasis. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and undeserving of a couple who was wet and dirty from hiking the trail. My girlfriend and I took the most glorious shower ever. The local pizza place and coffee shop are right around the corner from the Inn. The couple that runs the Inn took care of every need we had. They were so generous. For the 2 days we stayed it was fantastic and relaxing.

As parents of a student attending Hiram College, we are so grateful that the Hiram Inn is located right on campus! Ed and Jennifer are the most gracious of hosts that really make us feel at home all the way from California. The Inn is truly a home away from home! This was our 3rd visit and each time, Ed and Jennifer accommodate our late arrivals to the Inn. The Inn is always spotless and the breakfasts are great! Ed and Jennifer go out of their way to see that their guests are comfortable and get to know their guests on a personal level. The Inn is truly one of those historic homes from times past and the amenities and rooms are all well appointed. There are no Inns like this one nearby. Highly recommend if you're visiting the area. We look forward to visiting Ed and Jennifer again in the Spring.

I grew up near Hiram but hadn't been there in many years. I was in the area for a funeral and didn't want to burden my sister so she suggested the Hiram Inn and what a pleasant surprise it was! Ed and his family were such gracious hosts and the room was immaculate, FIRST CLASS all the way. Ed even called that evening and said he was running into Garrettsville to Dairy Queen and asked if we wanted anything. I highly recommend the Hiram Inn, it's such a quaint little Inn and it is surrounded by the Hiram College campus, a very small and beautiful campus.
Thanks Ed and we'll see you again I'm sure.
Sincerely, Rick and Joyce Ungar

Yes, we have two rooms that have jacuzzi bath tubs!
I got a response today. They have rollaway beds for $15. If you ask, they will suggest which rooms are best.
I’m not sure, I know they offer pack n plays for toddlers. The Inn Keepers are wonderful so definitely call and ask. But if you’re visiting the college it’s definitely the place to stay.
No sorry pets are not allowed
