Lovely stay, was a last minute stop after a days worth of touring around the Tarkine drive. The room was clean with all the necessities for an overnight stay. I, unfortunately, drew the short straw and was left the trundle bed, this surprisingly was fine, I slept well. The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. The food at the bistro was amazing! I ordered the mushroom risotto which was absolutely delicious. Would recommend for a lovely, affordable stay!

I booked 6 months in advance on the internet. I booked a 3 1/2 star family room with 1 queen and 2 singles. On arrival we were given the keys to a very dilapidated room with one queen bed. Not suitable for my son and I. When I enquired I was told the internet information was wrong... eventually a single bed was provided. The room leaked badly from a window near the bed and under the door and wall. When I told staff the floor was wet I was told they knew ... on day 3 of out visit a rubber backed mat was placed over it but the continued rain flooded over this. I was told they couldn't do anything as they were booked out, however their sign suggested there were vacancies. On departure I was offered a discount due to room condition, however now 2 weeks later they have charged my credit card for not only the discount but the deposit I paid 6 months ago! They have promised to reverse this.

I booked ahead not knowing what to expect On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist, who explained the facilities including the Laundry - needed at this stage of my trip The room was at the back and I was able to park out front of the room The room was well appointed and airy Slept well = I would stay again if the opportunity arose

Booked a 2 bedroom room via booking.com. Paid a premium so was expecting more than we got. Room was very dated - best thing about the room was the lounge suite and in hindsight would have been better sleeping on it rather than main bed! Hotel lost power completely three times in first couple of hoirs - no explanations given so not sure why. Main bedroom was a double bed only! Second room had two sinhle beds. Bathroom was ok but rough - broken tiles and weathered window sill. Shower was hot though! Room was heated via reverse cycle via airconditioner and it did a good job. Food provided in onsite Bistro was decent. We ate there for both breakfast and dinner. Prices were reasonable and food served quickly. Lots of options and catered for many tastes. Chef even came out to check on food with diners.
