Although it is situated in a quiet area this accomodation is out of the way. Our apartment was very small... not even big enough to comfortably fit our 2 suitcases without tripping over them when we wanted to use the bathroom. Felt very uncomfortable and cramped . It s actually a very nice setting and has lovely little verandah area... More

Stayed for 1 night in the mezzanine apartment. Short distance out of the township. Clean and spacious accommodation. Beautiful view from the unit. Kitchen with filtered drinking water on tap plus some complimentary bottled water, washing machine and the bonus second toilet upstairs. Ample towels for the 2 of us. Bathroom ok and hairdryer available. Air-conditioner on lower level ,... More

We stayed in Mezzanine apartment. Kitchen was well oppointed and equipped. Bathroom a little pokey and only hooks for damp towels not towel rails. We expected wifi but there was none. Lovely riverbank setting.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family -- and it was a welcome find. Cottage was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The only downside is that the upper windows are not blocked by any of the blinds hence light come in quite quickly in the morning -- not good if you plan to sleep in especially we... More

This beautiful location set the tone of our whole time in Tasmania. As an ex local we stayed close to my home town whilst allowing us both to relax and wind down. We enjoyed the lovely hotel room which was perfect for our needs. Although compact it isn"t compromised on size with the addition of the generous deck which allows... More

We wanted somewhere close to Devonport to catch the early morning boat and this delivered in spades. All squabbling between our two boys ended when the opportunity to kayak on the river with the attendant boats was offered, it was hard to get them back on land. An idyllic way to end our holiday, lovely waterside apartments well fitted out.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Mezzanine Apartment which provided us with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living area. Unfortunately only had a chance to stay1 night in the loft apartment on our way home. Would have loved to stay more and explore more of Ulverstone and the surrounding area as looks an interesting area to explore. Great accommodation in a beautiful setting on the river. Apartment was very modern and comfortable, with the kids having their own space... More

Stayed at the Studio which is small but so well designed for making use of the paces that the architect deserves an award. Everything is modern, clean and high end. It has everything you need if you don`t have to cook. Microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, washing up liquid AND a scaring pad that we we missed so often... More
