Lovely location opposite the beach and was lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. Easy access to the centre of town of Ulverstone. Lovely hosts and made us feel welcome. Great bathroom and shower. Didnt get to use the bath but looked good. Good to have open breeze and choice of air conditioning in the room. Lovely...

My girlfriend and I stayed here mid January for one night and had a pleasant stay- comfy bed, spacious area, lovely big spa bath. However I must say I wasn't prepared for the decor - the mix of cherubs, pink walls, gold sequins, and nautical accoutrements was other-worldly! Probably best suited to an older couple with a penchant for floral...

The owners are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They are happy to cater to almost any need you have. The building was a...

Thanks Jeff and Christine for helping to make our 30th anniversary so special. We loved your personal touches, the chocolates and champagne, strawberries and chocolate dipping sauce. Sitting on the balcony, sipping champagne with the moonlight rippling on the water was just magical. Your cooked breakfast is amazing. Thankyou Jeff for your extremely generous offer to drive us to and...

A nice location across the road (and railroad) from the beach but beyond walking distance from Ulverstone or Penguin. The room was large with a big comfortable bed BUT the pink, the flowers, lace and knick knacks were way too over the top for me but some may like it. The room door is not soundproof at all so we...
