Cabin was very old - was in need of some necessary repairs, sliding door screen fell off runner & wouldn't go back on so couldn't close it, sand on floor in bedroom, water pressure in shower was poor & could only use hot water, worth $60 a night not $90.

Cottage has very bad sound isolation, you could hear all the other people around you,we thought when you have place for yourself, you get peace, but this was the most noisy cottage ever,it ruined the whole stay

This place is in the budget category and so be it. The cabins were cosy and warm, clean but probably due for an upgrade. This did not distract from our stay at all. The shop has meals and other goodies.

Stayed here last night and cabin door couldn't be locked from the outside. We told the staff about it and they weren't that interested. Both electrical blankets were unusable, 1 had bent prongs on the plug and the other had a prong broken off. The heater hadn't been tested and tagged since 2009!

Arrived late and tired. Friendly helpful owner upgraded us to a family sized cabin for no extra cost. 2 bedrooms were great to spread out after other cramped cabins on our trip around Tassie. Close to town (by car) and beach. Quiet location. Easy parking. Clean, spacious, well appointed.

Th park is located out of town, but it does have it's own little supermarket which makes things easy. It is clean, well maintained & has great facilities - we cooked in their kitchen as it was spacious and had everything we needed & we could play pool & ping pong while we cooked - really good b-b-ques &, for... We found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The location itself was a distance from the city centre (approx 8kms). We stayed in a powered site which was ok. Some grass and some dirt which isn't ideal with three kids. My boys enjoyed looking for the rabbits that live freely throughout the park. The toilet and laundry facilities were old... More

Expensive for the quality, compared to other parks on the east coast. Everything needed supplied but all very basic. Dirty sheets were on the bunk beds. Bathroom was fine. Didn't use any linen as it didn't seem overly clean Staff were ok, lady at check in was a bit of a grump but the guy in the morning was friendly.... More

There was an adequate kitchen to prepare meals. Good cleanliness. Fuel sold there was much cheaper than in town. Although I didn't use it there appeared to a good shop on site with what I think was takeaway food. However be aware - This was advertised by a booking website as St Helens but was in fact 8kms out of... More

The caravan site was very good. The ammenities were spotless and plenty of room. The staff were extremely friendly. The bunnies in the park were amusing. It was so much more affordable than the BIG4, and I am sure the facilites would not have been any better. Thank you for a great stay.
